MUNDELEIN, Ill. — 13 August 2026
Lead Smart Inc, a US pay-per-call and lead-generation affiliate network specialising in home services, is paying a $500 bonus to Muhammad Bilal, an affiliate publisher based in Pakistan, for publishing a complete and deliberately unflattering account of what his lead-generation websites earned — including the days they earned nothing.
Bilal reported 124 inbound phone calls between 1 and 20 July 2026, of which 39 were completed and 15 converted into paying jobs, producing $1,066.90. The calls came from local service websites ranked in Google, with no paid advertising and no outreach, while he worked full time on unrelated client projects. Worked out from his own figures, that is a 31 per cent connect rate, a 38 per cent conversion rate on completed calls, and roughly one paying job for every eight calls placed.
He also published the variance most income reports leave out. Some days brought fourteen calls, some brought one. Some orders were worth $130, some $7. Some days converted nothing.
What it is NOT: a million-dollar breakthrough, passive income from doing nothing, a get-rich-quick success story, money from selling courses or coaching. What it IS: real revenue from real ranked websites, and real income earned while my time was spent on other client projects. This is not the money. This is the freedom. Muhammad Bilal, affiliate publisher
A second Pakistan-based publisher, Muhammad Shahzad, separately documented a build that went from domain registration on 3 August 2026 to inbound phone calls and converted leads within ten days, for the cost of the domain alone. His site drew 166 active users and 672 tracked events in that period, and he published his ten-step method in full so it could be repeated.
Why the network is paying for disclosure
One of my proudest achievements in building Lead Smart with Seth Pikus is helping talented people in countries like Pakistan earn U.S. dollars from home. Because a U.S. dollar can go so much further there, it has the power to dramatically improve the lives of them and their families while helping American businesses grow. Muhammad Bilal is a perfect example. He joined the platform, listened, applied the process, and in twenty days unlocked a strong new revenue stream. Even better, he is inspiring others in Pakistan to follow the same path. This is bigger than business to us. Every success story creates a ripple effect that reaches families and communities. Matthew Zivkovic, founder, Lead Smart Inc
Zivkovic said the bonus rewards disclosure rather than performance, and that the company would rather publish a modest figure with its conditions attached than a screenshot with none.
Publishers can only price a decision they can see. A publisher deciding whether to spend three months building sites deserves to know that some days produce one call and a $7 order, and that many builds never rank at all. Anyone can post a good screenshot. Posting the bad days is worth paying for. Matthew Zivkovic, founder, Lead Smart Inc
Location does not change what a call is worth
A buyer pays the same rate for a qualified inbound call regardless of who generated it, which is why publishers outside the United States can compete directly on this model. Lead Smart publishes its payout coverage openly: minimum expected payouts across 417,983 ZIP-code and service combinations in 27 live verticals, refreshed daily, with an all-vertical median of $32.50 per call, a 90th percentile of $177.00, and net payouts reaching $497.50 for a single water-damage call. A publisher can price a market before registering a domain.
The method is also published free. Zivkovic writes 17 full pay-per-call courses available at no cost through Pay Per Call Academy, a public community of 1,858 members, covering local SEO, rank and rent, aged domains, ping trees and analytics. Earlier this year a publisher in Pakistan documented a single water-damage call worth $477.75 found using the same public payout data.
Both reports referenced here are published in full, credited to their authors: Bilal’s twenty-day call report and Shahzad’s ten-day build. Lead Smart says it will continue to pay bonuses for documented publisher reports, including builds that failed, and publishers with a result can contact info@leadsmartinc.com.
Both figures are self-reported by the publishers named, for their own verticals and markets, over short periods. They are not projections, guarantees or averages. Ranking a local service site normally takes months before the first call arrives, many builds never rank, and revenue varies widely with vertical payout and market competition. We publish specific numbers with their conditions attached rather than averages that describe nobody.
