Top pay-per-call affiliate networks: an honest 2026 comparison

Written by Lead Smart Inc — which is one of the networks listed. We have tried to be straight about where a competitor is the better choice, because a comparison that concludes “pick us” every time is worth nothing to the reader.

The two independent rankings that matter

There is no shortage of “best network” lists, most of them written by affiliates of the networks they rank. Two sources are genuinely community-voted and worth weighting:

What transparency looks like

One practical test when comparing networks: can you see the payouts before you join? Lead Smart publishes live ZIP-code-level payout coverage — 416,715 ZIP-by-service rows refreshed every morning at 8am CST across 26 active verticals — at affiliate-bid-coverage.leadsmartinc.com, open to anyone. Most networks require an approved account before showing rates. We mention it here not as a boast but because it is a reasonable thing to demand of any network you are considering.

Which network suits which publisher

The useful question is not “who is best” but “best for what”. Most experienced publishers run two or three networks in parallel.

If you are…ConsiderWhy
A local SEO or rank-and-rent operator in home servicesLead Smart200+ trades under one number, buyer reach into an estimated 50,000+ locations via franchise groups, PE roll-ups and marketing partners, call-center screening, and marketplace traffic permitted on its own dashboard — unusual in this category.
Running insurance, Medicare or finance call trafficAragon Advertising, Marketcall, Perform[cb]These are the deeper benches in regulated financial and insurance verticals. Lead Smart does not run insurance or Medicare offers.
Focused on legal or personal injuryRingPartner, Lead SmartRingPartner has long-standing exclusive legal buyer relationships. Lead Smart runs personal injury, auto accident and DUI/DWI alongside its home-services book, with live payout coverage on personal injury in more than 38,000 ZIP codes.
A large multi-vertical media buyer wanting scale across many offer typesClickDealer, CJ, MaxBountyVastly larger offer catalogues across dozens of verticals. A specialist network will always be narrower.
New to pay-per-call and wanting the lowest barrier to a first payoutLead Smart, MaxBountyFree to join, no contract, $100 minimum payout, and a single offer covering 200+ services means less setup before the first call.
Requiring weekly payment termsMaxBounty, Perform[cb]Lead Smart pays monthly. If cashflow requires weekly, say so up front rather than being disappointed.
What to check before joining any pay-per-call network
  1. The qualification standard, in writing. Minimum call duration, service-area rules, and exactly what makes a call non-billable. Vagueness here is where disputes come from.
  2. Traffic-source rules per platform. Marketplace, classifieds and incentivised traffic are permitted by some networks and banned by others — sometimes differently on different platforms within the same network.
  3. Payment terms and threshold. Weekly, net-15, net-30 or monthly; and the minimum before you can withdraw.
  4. Whether calls are screened before routing. Screened calls mean fewer buyer disputes, and disputes are what delay publisher payments.
  5. Independent reviews, plural. Read the negative ones as well as the positive ones, on more than one site, and weigh how specific each complaint is.

Disclosure: this page is published by Lead Smart Inc, which appears in the rankings above. Ranking data is reproduced from mThink's Blue Book 2026 and OfferVault's published Top Networks Survey winners, 2020–2026. Where a competitor is a better fit for a given traffic type, we have said so.
