We highly recommend The Window Shoppe! From our first contact to installation the service was exceptional. We received a prompt appointment to have our windows measured. Kyle answered my numerous questions with professionalism and patience. The bid was less than the competition but what really sold us on the Window Shoppe was the level of service and knowing the installers were employees and not contractors. We had 10 windows replaced. Our installers, Ian and Josh, were excellent, completing the job in less than a day. The window are beautiful! We also ordered sound glass to help with noise issue – and are very happy!

We had a very positive experience with The Window Shoppe. They provided a competitive quote and they were very responsive with all my questions. I also liked how they locally manufacture their own windows. The installers (Brad and Tyler) did a great job and were very courteous and professional. We’re very happy with the results – the windows look amazing and are a dramatic improvement from the old single-pane glass that we had before.

Window Shoppe is the definition of how a business should operate. From the initial request to the finish install went along smooth. Booked the appointment and Kyle arrive on time. Kyle answered all my questions and proceed to do his thing. He pointed out what I will need to remove and furniture to move out of the way before the install. Very friendly. Received my proposal the next day to replace 10 windows and sliding door. I had more questions for Kyle and he answered them promptly. Kim sent me the DocuSign and Michele sent me all the prep list and day before reminder of the install. My installers Ian and Josh did a wonderful job they left no trace of working in the area as they went along the install. They worked like a well oiled machine. Took 2 days to complete, 2nd day being just to install my 10′ sliding door. After completion Ian went through the maintenance and warranty information. The quality of the windows and sliding door are top notch. Everything felt solid and well built at their shop. In my opinion they only way other businesses can compete with Window Shoppe is if the costumer doesn’t know about Window Shoppe. Price of the whole install was well worth it. Oh and I did have other bids, Window Shoppe being the last one bidding. I choose them not for the price but the fact they build the windows locally and I had a good feeling they will do the job right the first time. Its been a week since the install, the house feels more sealed up, my HVAC doesn’t take hours to cool the house back to my setpoint and cycles On less often now. Am very confident during the winter season my house wont feel like an ice box like it did in the past. From my family, Thank you Window Shoppe for a wonderful experience and quality end product.

We recently had a master bedroom window replacement, a new construction window, installed by The Window Shoppe. Kyle Myers, owner of The Window Shoppe, along with his crew, are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely concerned with their customer’s needs & satisfaction. Tyler and Brad are fabulous individuals and installed our window. They did a great job and went out of their way to keep everything tidy and clean. We are very pleased with the quality of our window, as well as, the professional installation job performed. Thank you all for an excellent job!

We discovered the Window Shoppe a few years ago when our friends purchased their windows through them. Since they were super satisfied with their windows, we pursued a quote. We were extremely impressed that the owner of the company, Kyle, came out to give us our quote. We checked out several other companies before deciding on Window Shoppe to ensure we were getting a good/fair price and Window Shoppe was by far our least expensive option for what we wanted to do. But a huge reason why we ended up choosing them over another local company was because of the customer service we received. Everyone from the owner, to the sales team, and our installer were all prompt, responsive, and kind. They provided all the information we needed to prep our house before they arrived which I really appreciated. Normally they send out two installers, but one of our installers was unable to make it. The project took two days and our installer, Ian, worked very hard by himself. He was very gracious and kind when my children interrupted his work momentarily and got in his way another time. He also made sure to walk me through upkeep/maintenance and answer any questions I had. The windows and doors are beautiful! They slide smoothly and they look amazing. The latch is easy to open and close on both the doors and the windows. I’d highly recommend hiring the Window Shoppe for your next project!

This is a superb business. The entire experience was top notch, from the estimate to the intstall to the administration office. The quality of these windows is amazing and made in the USA! We already are enjoying warmer temps in our home because of the windows not leaking heat- it’s December. We will be using The Window Shoppe again!

We had a great experience working with The Window Shoppe to replace all of our windows. From the first interaction with Kyle for an estimate to the actual installation with Tyler and Scott, everything went smoothly. Tyler and Scott, in particular, were amazing; detail-oriented, professional, and cleaned up every day. We would definitely work with them again in the future!

5 star review for the Window Shoppe. I was a little skeptical at first seeing all the great reviews but now it looks like I’m echoing them. Very professional from when Kyle came out to give me an estimate to the actual installation date and process (Brad and Taylor were great and professional) and fulfilling follow up items I had (replaced the glass of one of the windows due to a scratch within a couple of weeks). Quote wise you can’t beat them for the quality they are providing. Apart from being great aesthetically, my home has stayed roughly 7-8 degrees cooler than the temperature outside during peak summer. I’ve barely had to run my AC since I got my windows changed. In the evenings the temperature holds pretty well too so that’s a good sign for the winter.
