*** they will tell you they will be a lot of help to get your property back and will deal with your insurance company for you. They are mainly saying this to get the cleanup/abatement work. My insurance company defeated them I guess as they finally have up negotiating and sent me to debt collection. The staff of First Choice were nice and ultimately worked with me to settle the debt outside of debt collection. But the fact that it ended up there in the first place without me getting my house back in shape prevents me from giving more than one star. First choice repeatedly assured me that they almost always get the money asked for and we would not need to sue for additional funds. Eventually as my house started taking water from the money issues not being sorted out. I was forced to get my own contractors to replace my roof. At this point First choice probably figured I was not going to use them any more so they pretty much gave up on me. I think this might have ultimately been a weird issue with my insurance company. But First Choice completely dropped the ball on helping me deal with it. My adjuster basically was unresponsive and eventually was even removed from my claim. But first choice was never the party reaching out. I had to initiate conversations every week or so between First Choice and my insurance company as First choice was content not to do anything as my house sat there not being worked on. They would only reach out to me for the cleanup money. I was shocked when I eventually went in to debt collection, since they told me repeatedly that they would work with my insurance company to come to an agreement on the money owed. This never happened. I would not use them again if I ever had any sort of property disaster.

Terrible company to work for and hire. They shaft their customers and treat their employees unfairly and don’t compensate them for their work. Do not hire them. The owners are completely fake and are only in this business for their personal gain.

Mr. Hernandez has been a godsend since our office was damaged in a flood. He has been very attentive, diligent, professional, courteous, and helpful during the entire process to get my office up and running again. The restoration process went smoothly because of Mr. Hernandez, and the services he provided were AAA. The office is now up and running, and looking great.

First Choice Services SAVED the day! Not only did they come out to my property less than 24 hours after my kitchen flooded to complete water mitigation, but they also did an outstanding job on my kitchen. Rob was very friendly and thorough and even took the time to help me select flooring and other elements of the kitchen. Freddy, Irving and Carlos were detail oriented and professional. My kitchen is now my favorite room in my home and HIGHLY recommend working with First Choice Services! 🤩✨

First choice? More like the only choice! I am overall very pleased with everything but Ryan was exceptional. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. In my time of need he treated me like family, making my home a home again. Him and his crew went above and beyond! I would highly recommend to anyone!

First Choice has done multiple projects for us. Their crews have been professional and friendly, and their project management is a joy to work with, especially Rob who had his crews get in to do the touch up paint in a very timely manner. They got us into our house before the holidays, which we didn’t think would be possible!
