Ron Ruff Roofing Inc. 3 months agoThis is the company to go with for a roof replacement. Justin is awesome. Very polite, knows what he is doing for sure. The pricing was way lower than two other quotes. Word of mouth is better than any 5 star advertising. Ruff Roofing did a fantastic job for my home. The men were very polite and very hard working. To get things done. Communication was a plus. They came in the date that was set and finished when they were supposed to. I highly recommend this company for Roofing. They get a 10 star rating from me. I shared coffee and tea with the workers as well. They were very thankful for the coffee, especially since it was very cold and windy. I would be glad to give verbal praise if someone needed to speak with me with questions. Ruff Roofers is #1 in my book. And that goes for Justin also! Appreciate all of you! God bless. First Choice Services a month ago*** they will tell you they will be a lot of help to get your property back and will deal with your insurance company for you. They are mainly saying this to get the cleanup/abatement work. My insurance company defeated them I guess as they finally have up negotiating and sent me to debt collection. The staff of First Choice were nice and ultimately worked with me to settle the debt outside of debt collection. But the fact that it ended up there in the first place without me getting my house back in shape prevents me from giving more than one star. First choice repeatedly assured me that they almost always get the money asked for and we would not need to sue for additional funds. Eventually as my house started taking water from the money issues not being sorted out. I was forced to get my own contractors to replace my roof. At this point First choice probably figured I was not going to use them any more so they pretty much gave up on me. I think this might have ultimately been a weird issue with my insurance company. But First Choice completely dropped the ball on helping me deal with it. My adjuster basically was unresponsive and eventually was even removed from my claim. But first choice was never the party reaching out. I had to initiate conversations every week or so between First Choice and my insurance company as First choice was content not to do anything as my house sat there not being worked on. They would only reach out to me for the cleanup money. I was shocked when I eventually went in to debt collection, since they told me repeatedly that they would work with my insurance company to come to an agreement on the money owed. This never happened. I would not use them again if I ever had any sort of property disaster.
