These guys are top notch!!! In all our years of dealing with various contractors, I was expecting yet another terrible experience (especially with huge price tag for a new roof). That was NOT the case with Bacon Roofing!! They went above and beyond in making the whole process from start to finish completely painless for us. Our new roof is flawless and stunning!! Their outstanding personal customer service and quality work is the best we have ever experienced.

My good friend recommended John Bacon after we had a tornado damaged our house. Initially we had problems with the insurance adjuster. John went the extra miles working with the adjuster and got our house put together better than before. Recently, we had hail damage to the roof. John came through again and had the insurance claimed and roof repaired in less than two weeks when most of the people in the area were still waiting for their insurance adjuster to show up! John does good professional work and friendly service. His is like a good friend. He offered good advices as we move along the insurance claim and repair process making it much less stressful. Highly recommended!

A truck from this company rolled coal on an open-air cab tractor on FM 1655 in Wise County on June 20, 2023. It completely obscured the tractor and roadway. I’d avoid this roofer unless you want somebody with the behavior of a five year old working on your home.

Never in my life did I think a roof on my home could look sexy. Seriously, I drove up to my house and all I could think was that roof looks great and I didn’t even have to pick out colors or style. Its like Mr. Bacon just read me and could tell what I NEEDED and WANTED in a roof. Mr. Bacon truly exceeded my expectations and was incredibly patient with me and my insurance company. I also, didn’t have debris in my yard after, you couldn’t even tell that someone had been on my property.
