Mike the owner was personable and went out of his way to make a timely repair and paint for my home happen on very short notice. After the completion the work was very well done and professional. I would recommend Uneik Image every time.

This tech was assigned by Choice Home Warranty. First of all I should’ve known something was up when the tech wanted me to take pictures of my water heater and text them to him to eliminate him having to come out to my home. When I received the price it was higher than the first quote I received so I told him I would question Choice about it. I agreed to the price and the next day texted and called the technician twice telling him we were a go and asking when I could expect him out. There was no response. Choice finally made contact after 2 days and he claimed he was waiting to hear form me. Choice said the appointment was set up. The day before the appointment I along with Choice tried to reach him to confirm he was still coming and no answer. I then asked them to reassign to another tech due to no response and frankly I didn’t trust having him in my home if he could do business this way. They screwed up by cancelling and re-assigning the job back to the same company. He then called me the same day asking if I had it reassigned. I told him due to no response I asked Choice to re-assign because it was at the time a week and a half with no hot water in my home. The day of the appointment he no showed. Later that evening he answered claiming his appointments filled up for that day when I re-assigned. He then set the new appointment for the following business day, which was a Monday. (Another weekend with no hot water). I called Monday morning to confirm the time and to no surprise no response from him. I texted also with no reply. I called Choice and they reached out with no response. The appointment time came and went and he no showed again. Finally the next day. I told Choice to cancel the job and re-assign it again. All I can assume is that he makes enough money off other clients so it’s not important to him to treat everyone with respect and courtesy. Not to mention I feel he retaliated for me trying to have it re-assigned by no showing and teaching me a lesson. Well, I did in fact learn my lesson and that is get things in writing and to take notes from the beginning because not everyone can be trusted to be honest and do their jobs.

This is one of the worst places to work in Texas. The owner creates a hostile working environment and treats his employees like modern day slaves! He treats people of color even worst! He talks don to his wife in front of others and she takes it! I can’t believe he’s still in business!

We first contacted Terry Williamson when we had hail damage to our siding and roof he was able to completely replace our roof and the siding on our entire house We also contacted Terry Williamson when we had water damage from a broken pipe. we had water damage in our laundry room and kitchen. Terry was able to complete all of the repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. After that contact we had Terry remodel our master bath, where he built a walk in shower for us and replaced the flooring, counter tops, lighting, toilet and tile in the shower. After that we had him remodel our upstairs bath doing similar things as were done in master bath. As time went on we had Terry remodel or kitchen, replace all of our windows, had the carpet remove from our stairs and install wooden stairs to match our flooring downstairs and upstairs in the game room. Terry changed our dinning room into an office for me with a door that closed it off the entry hall. We had a brick planter box in the entry hall that we had them remove and build a custom unit with shelves and drawers for storage. After our initial discussions about each of the projects above Terry would give us a detail list of everything he was going to do and what the detail cost would be and never once did he miss a schedule date or a cost point.

Ismael and his team are absolutely wonderful. We had an issue with our back door which once they got into it found another issue. Any other contractor would have not told us and finished the job but his team notified us and fixed the issue correctly. We are so thankful for him and his teams integrity. So much so we hired them to do our back fence, and a porch in the future. Very pleased with their work and communication!
