We have hired JB Construction multiple times for various projects and we’ve only had great experiences every time. The owner, Jerzy, is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and reliable. He’s truly honest and we’ve always found his pricing to be favorable. Our projects have ranged from full gut bathroom remodels in downtown high-rise condos to a full house renovation outside of the city. The full house renovation included multiple bathrooms gutted and redone, major plumbing installs, new insulation, duct work, all new drywall, opening up walls and adding structural beams, installing a new kitchen, painting and more. We have shared JB’s information with friends and all have had great experiences too. I highly recommend Jerzy and JB Constructing Services.

We have used JB Construction for two major projects: a master bath remodel in 2018, and to finish an 1800 sq foot basement in 2022. You can rely on Jerzy to finish a job with quality & with appropriate pricing. We plan on using him again for a mudroom bench system to be custom built in our new home within the next 12 months or less. He was reliable and finished both projects to our satisfaction. You’ll see photos from both of our projects here. He knows exactly what he’s doing, and shows up when he says he will. I have also recommend his services to my own insurance clients & my friends.

I cannot say better things about Jerzy and his team! They are always punctual, professional and do absolutely amazing work. They completed a smaller bathroom remodel in a tight time frame and as agreed upon in the budget. They then completed a larger bathroom remodel, again on budget and looking stunning. Jerzy has great attention to detail, asks all the right questions, makes sure he knows exactly what we wanted and made great suggestions. He was always available for a call or text to talk through anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Having JB Remodeling & Construction complete our project was the best choice we could have made, and truly the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. At the very first consultation site visit, Jerzy reviewed our request, our materials, and provided guidance and suggestions about how to best complete the job and, in fact, save us money and make our project look better than we originally envisioned! Contract terms were simple, more than fair, and straightforward. The whole team was courteous, punctual, and went out of their way to show great care and respect to our home and our day-to-day , as we work from home. JB Remodeling & Construction just finished a complete kitchen remodeling project for us. The owner–Jerzy Synowiec–is terrific to work with and I would highly recommend him and his company for any remodeling project that you have. I recommend him for a number of reasons: *Totally professional and knowledgeable of the construction business and all the components necessary to have a successful job. Not only did he listen to our requests, but made suggestions, reminded us of building codes and was creative in finding ways to get things done. *Jerzy was also able to work with us on the budget we had. *He was very flexible with our schedule, working around some delays we had in getting our cabinets in. *The craftsmanship and attention to detail were phenomenal! We were looking for extremely high-quality work and Jerzy and his team delivered perfection! *He is an excellent finish carpenter. *They came when they said they would be here and never missed a day that they committed to being on site. *Every area that they worked in was covered with high end construction paper so that floors would not get scratched or damaged. And on top of that, every day they cleaned up immaculately, leaving no debris or garage strewn about. All-in-all we had a great experience, and I would recommend JB Remodeling & Construction to anyone. While doing our project Jerzy also completed a bathroom remodel for my daughter and is actually remodeling her master bath suite as we speak!

I highly recommend using this company as they are reliable, clean and professional. They are very detail oriented and I love my finished product. They renovated my whole home, from modernizing the fireplace to the kitchen including cabinets and countertops and bathrooms. Great electrical and plumbing work, too.

I highly recommend using JB Remodeling & Construction. The team is very honest. For example, I had a leak from my bathroom onto the ceiling in the kitchen below. It was a nightmare and other contractors said I would need to retile my new bathroom. Luckily, I called this company and they came out right away to fix the leak. Excellent plumping skills. They also did a great job fixing the ceiling which looks new!
