OPTIMAL HOME IMPROVEMENT INC 4 weeks agoI contacted Optimal Home Improvement to replace the 35 year old gutters and downspouts on our 2 story house and have gutter guards installed on the upper story gutters.Wojtek Kuras came out the next day and was very informative and helpful. I had a 2nd floor gutter that was continually overflowing during heavy rains. He explained that my old gutters were installed with nails and those gutters were beginning to pull away from the house. He also showed me the 3 grades of gutter guards that they offered and was pleasantly surprised that he recommended the lowest cost option for my second floor situation and lack of pine needles. At the end of his inspection he noticed my Vietnam Veteran license plate and told me they offered a veterans discount! The installer arrived within 2 weeks and was one of the most hard working and efficient men I have watched. The new gutters were all screwed on, sturdily and professionally attached, and look great. The total cost was more than reasonable for services and materials provided. Highly recommend!
