Very happy with the service from Carlson Exteriors. I had a leak in my roof and when Nick arrived, he immediately found that the leak was coming from the damaged flashing on one of my vents. He also checked all other vents and found one other that needed caulking. He also identified a few roof tiles that needed replacing. To my surprise, he did not try to sell me a new roof, which I greatly appreciated. The contractor showed up promptly and did all the repairs at an affordable rate. I’ll definitely use Carlson Exteriors again.

We were pleasantly surprised to see a large crew show up. They were able to totally complete our roof in one day! The amazing crew worked well as a team, kept the debris cleaned up throughout the day, and showed respect not only for our property but also for our neighbors. We were more than pleased with how smoothly the project went. We are 100% happy with Carlson Exteriors – start to finish. Based on our experience, we enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!

Was going to work this morning and one of their trucks ran a bus stop light !!!! And almost hit a kid and father, called the front desk lady to tell them and they didn’t seem to care! So sense they hire ppl who don’t care I’ll leave a bad review then maybe they will do something about it. I kids life is more important than getting to a job site

The crew that did the roof did a fantastic job. They were very detailed and protected the exterior of the house. They spend their time picking up nails and screws in the yard landscape and other places. The crew that did my gutters also did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Carlson recently repaired my roof after another local company made my small leak worse with their “repair”. I should have used Carlson to begin with and learned my lesson! They were prompt, friendly and reasonable. They have all my future business.

I have used Carlson twice for roof repairs and have been impressed by their work both times. They respond quickly to inquiries, give an honest estimate [it won’t be the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for], and get the work done in a timely manner. For one of my repairs it was a tricky valley waterproofing. I have not had a leak since.

We had Carlson replace our garage door, upgrade our porch columns, gutters, soffits, fascia and side our house. They were very professional. They completed the project in a timely manner and returned our phone calls promptly. Our crew supervisor had many good suggestions and ask for our input every step of the way. Already have them scheduled to replace our roof next year. Great to work with! Couldn’t be happier!
