This company is not recommended by me at all. We called them and called them and called again. They finally sent someone out and charged our extended insurance 250.00 to just take pictures of the issue and they never followed thru with the repair. I called several times to get an update and nothing. They would only tell me they’re too busy. I understand small towns companies like this are busy but to never follow thru or communicate is zero stars for me. We ended up going over a month before we got water again with another company.

The lady in the office went above and beyond for my problem, ordered a part she had to search for, called me when it came in and showed me how to make it work! She was exceptional, and I’ll be back anytime I need plumbing parts or help!!

Went around town trying to look for apart was referred to ovCasey plumbing, met with Mrs.casey who knew exactly what I needed and was so sweet compared to all the local places in town. Definitely recommend

I called three plumbing companies and this was the only one who answered the first time I came..I called around 4 pm and they were here at 9 am the next day. The girl at the front desk was very intelligent and nice . The plumbers did an amazingly fast job and weee informative, and cool.. I’ve hired plumbers nomerous times through our my life.. Mostly all got the job done but not with this speed and amazing customer service.

I stopped into the shop to request service for a completely clogged drain. The girls in the office were super friendly & helpful! Someone was at my house within about 2 hours. The guys that came were super friendly & professional! They had it unclogged in about 15 minutes. I absolutely recommend!

One of our pipes burst in the ceiling during the terrible weather last week. I called Friday around noon and they were able to fit us in that day. They showed up on time. They were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
