Bless Foundation Repair a year agoI can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Bless Foundation Repair and their crew. They came highly referred to me through a close colleague of mine that has utilized their services for several of his firm’s projects over the years (not to mention, he’s never encountered an issue with the work rendered or customer service, and that counts for a lot in my book!). I’m not going to lie, I was ever-so-slightly skeptical because the company doesn’t even have a website, but upon meeting “Ronnie” and the subsequent follow-ups between him and the office, it was very evident to me that this company doesn’t need flashy websites or advertising to attract more business, they’ve built their strong reputation by good ol’ fashioned word of mouth referrals period. They’re not a “fly-by” business that’s here in town to grab your money while offering you a so-called “warranty”, only to find that they’ve eithor closed or skipped town…they’ve been going strong for several decades and I can see why. It’s no secret that house repairs in general can add up quickly and be costly, especially in the case of major plumbing/electrical issues or foundation leveling, so I can’t express how relieved and thankful I was to not be subjected to high-stress, pushy sales pitches or consequent calls and most importantly, to not be upsold on services or repairs that I didn’t need. This sounds cliche and it might not matter to some, but I genuinely felt like Ronnie cared deeply about the actual work he was doing and that the final results had to be perfect. I had peace of mind throughout the entire process, from the physical inspection, same day free estimate, fair & reasonable price, to follow-up questions and valuable insight on foundation maintenance; Ronnie is truly an expert in the field and a great, honest, ethical, professional gentleman!
