Knowledgeable and thorough. Jesse did an excellent job — put in a new water heater, fixed a leak, installed a new faucet, and solved a few other problems with the plumbing. He did a wonderful job and all in one afternoon. 5 stars.

The best plumbers!! Thank you to River City Plumbing, in Batavia! Reliable, expert advice, knowledgeable. Very fair pricing!! The repaired and connected our laundry drain and septic. Replaced 2 pumps and installed a new slop sink. Jesse came out and estimated the job. 3 men, Jesse, and Jeremy (the owner) and one other very nice man. They had all of this done in quick time, and they were very happy while working. The basement looked even better when they completed the job! We are very pleased and feel relieved to have a reliable septic, thanks to River City Plumbing!!
