Podgorski Construction LLC 5 months agoThis company was subcontracted by the PA that I hired to do my interior repairs but I wish they had not been as this company doesn’t even seem to be BBB accredited. My experience with them was not pleasant and the work done to my house was mediocre at best. I had to continually follow up for times/ dates that work would be done along with following up on other concerns I had and was given all sorts of excuses and a whole lot of rescheduling on their end. Some of the items in my home were left with paint stains but that’s one of the issues I did not even bother mentioning to them because I figured I could just replace those items and have them concentrate on correcting the work that they did not do adequately. They had to make multiple trips and still were not able to properly install an exhaust fan in my bathroom and also could not give an actual explanation as to why one of the switches was no longer functioning ( manager Xavier had the audacity to just say it was not working before he started work in my house which is FALSE ) . I am a fair person, therefore I will say that some of their employees were very nice and pleasant, unfortunately I can’t say the same about Xavier (the manager/head of employees). On multiple occasions since they had started the work, Xavier stated I needed to pay additional fees for work that was covered under my insurance claim and since I kept declining he texted me claiming I wanted to upgrade my house for free using my insurance and him …. Clearly he doesn’t seem to know how premiums and deductibles work. Xavier was unprofessional and not only insulted me by insinuating that I was being cheap/freeloader but also insulted my home literally calling it junk via text .

Molitor Design+Build 7 months agoI wanted new flooring and quartz countertops in my kitchen and family room. Jon gave me great quality choices for both and a great estimate of cost. Once they tore up my old flooring, he discovered that my floors were more uneven than expected. He didn’t want to continue with the job as per the estimate because I would have had more problems with the flooring that would not be even. So he gave me a discount on the leveler to make the floors completely even because he wanted the job done well and right the first time. I am very grateful for his excellent work ethic!!! It took a couple days longer than expected because of the leveler. He delivered fantastic workmanship and I am so very happy with the results. Thank you, Jon and your team for a job well done!!!!!!
