They need to be taken down they don’t get rid of the bedbugs I tried to do what they said and follow there instruction it don’t work I wouldn’t use them ever again and I will tell all my friends and family never to use them they will alway take Medicare money because it’s free money for them

They have Chore services to help clear out unwanted items. When you’re not looking they take things wanted. I have talked to Medicaid thet are being investigated. I emailed the White House who had someone call me. Now Choreservices investigation is being handled by a third-party.

No bed bugs removal service used, but rather the PASSPORT Chore services for the disabled. They wouldn’t let me review the list. One cleaner was efficient, but I had to help her with the work. The other cleaner complained the entire time. I am physically disabled and I think I harmed my fragile hip and right leg moving things around assisting with the cleaning they were hired to do. Upon review of my phone call with Emily I was clear what needed done. The other cleaner present would only do half a job. Cleaned half a tub, wouldn’t move the plastic stool out of the tub to do it properly. She also failed to clean the surround. As for the kitchen, refused to move chairs from under tables, refused to move a styrofoam container under the table and mop, and much more. I actually had to mop under the table in my living room because she refused. I asked that a living room rug be laid out for me and that was an argument, with the poor worker running out of the apartment several times. Overall, the result was only part of the hardwood floors mopped and the rug not centered in the room. In addition, the mop was not rinsed properly, the bucket was small and the mop did not fit. Next morning wiping up water on the floor that was mopped hours earlier and found the white towel filthy. This chore service was hired to complete a PASSPORT Chore Service. I believe they did minimal work and ran with the Medicaid money. The keeper was I had phoned Emily at the office and she had quite an attitude. My favorite line, I recall, is when I was told that if there is any dust around legs of the furniture it will be staying there. I don’t believe the company has a grasp on what is needed in the way of cleaning for some severely immobilized and on PASSPORT. I BELIEVE THEIR SERVICES NEED TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST. I’m following up with Medicaid.

I used this Co and was not satisfied with the work performed they did some porch railings for me and blocked my mail box and Forrester said they would not fix it I am not ever allowing him back. don’t waste your money and time with these people Forrester whoever he is too this Co is very rude not a good look for the company talked down to me I’m a senior citizen and I will never use this Co again thanks for the bad experience Forrester

The people complained about our dog barking. Made inappropriate comments about her when they thought no one was listening. And talked about how to get out of doing the job.

House was treated for bed bugs an roaches but still have bed bugs not even a few weeks later the roach treatment 2 different times they didn’t even leave my kitchen an treat now being told that it will have to be payed for again would not recommend
