TCS Home Remodeling a year agoThis is the second time I’ve used TCS, the first for a larger project. My 70+ year old house likes to mess with me and this time it decided to tell me it wanted the tub surround replaced, which included pretty high extensive wall repai and, closing off a window…definitely not in my DIY wheelhouse. Honest, fair, prompt, affordable…. All the things contractors are supposed to be but usually aren’t. They’re my first and last call from here on out.

Taylor Companies of Ohio, Inc 3 years agoCarpet started to ripple after nine years. Backsplash came apart. Very nice people but I agree with using cheap fixtures from lowes, and over charging my insurance company. Would not refer them to anyone.

Ohio Home Improvement a year agoI am interested in having 3 bathrooms remodeled in my home but after looking at OHI’s website, I was very turned off by their company’s attitude. They require interested clients to “apply” to have their projects completed. When prompted by the question, “what is most important to you: craftsmanship/quality/etc. or cost/time efficiency?” I selected “cost/time efficiency” because of personal deadlines. My application then ended with a brash, rude, egotistical response stating I am not a good fit for their company. I find this equivalent to a sales clerk saying, “if you have to ask the price, you can’t afford it.” Any company that turns away interested clients before evening communicating with them is bad in my book. You just lost some great business.
