I highly recommend Bausmann Painting. Our home is over 100 years old and in the historic district in Sanford. It required a team with knowledge of how to handle the unique challenges that come with these types of structures. Rich, the owner, is that person. Rich is highly competent and professional and brought a creative approach that was refreshing. His team are PROS. They worked diligently throughout the entire process and were super respectful. Rich made certain that the end result was perfect. There was no limit to what Bausmann could handle. From stripping decades of paint from brick pillars without damaging the brick, to the flawless paint application, to the tricky refresh and stain of the hardwood front porch, and so much more, Rich and crew have given us so many reasons to be beyond satisfied. Rich’s estimated time for the project was spot on and he has been good on his word at every turn. From beginning to end, the entire project moved along flawlessly and the end result is perfect. Could not be happier with Bausmann Painting!

Rich and his crew did a really good job painting the exterior of my 2-story historic house. They showed up for 7 days and cleaned up each day before leaving. They replaced some rotted wood and filled cracks in the stucco before priming and painting. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend.

Rich and his crew were incredible. They showed up 6 days a week and cleaned up every day. I had a lot of rotted wood and they did a great job replacing it. The paint job is beautiful. I highly recommend.

I’ve hired a lot of contractors, painters, electricians etc over the last 15 years. Owning my own business I know what it takes to deliver great work with excellent customer service and Rich from Bausmann Painting has that in spades. The most important thing to me besides quality work is doing what you say you’re going to do in the time you say it will take for what you say it will cost. Bausmann hit the bullseye with all three and delivered an excellent execution. We had a one of a kind project and Rich approached it with excitement and professionalism. We met multiple times before the project started, ran multiple tests of different products and figured out the plan of attack before the project was started. He and his crew worked 14 days straight until the job was finished, showing up at 7am and working until 3pm like clockwork, which is exactly what he said they would do. His main painter Mario was a delight, always with a smile and a good morning. They painted and stained our entire 2 story home by hand and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend them enough. We will hire them again and definitely refer them to anyone we come across looking for a painter. If you’re looking for the very best quality, a fair price, attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism then look no further.

After searching online reviews we hired Bausmann Painting to paint the exterior of our home. We have only the highest regards for Rich and his crew – they are all courteous, skilled and professional, and always on time. Communication is important to us and we received daily updates from Rich as he dropped in to check the work being done. Every member of this crew was a delight to have working here for a number of days. We always appreciated any suggestions bought forward and trusted the entire crew to do the job perfectly. We were also looking ahead to pull up a portion of our deck and have it replaced and because of the exact work this crew did, we hired them to do that project as well. Rich sourced the composite material and his crew installed it meticulously. We have 2 deck gates and we asked them to design and build those as well and the results were above our exceptions. If it was possible to give this company 10 stars we would be giving that out.

This company completed a significant amount of exterior repair to my three story cedar sided townhouse before painting it. I can’t say enough about the high quality of their workmanship. From the excellent carpentry, to the meticulous painting and detail work, they exceeded my expectations. On top of that they are great to work with: professional, accommodating, and with a high level of integrity. Simply put, they are a really nice group of guys who do beautiful work. I highly recommend them!
