Rowland & Company Construction 3 months agoIf you are a subcontractor, make sure you get paid. They kept 10% off of each invoice and refused to pay it, even a year after we finished our work.

Remodel Studios 6 months agoFind a different company. Jose Ortiz is not even a general contractor, he uses someone elses license and dont expect to see either at the jobsite. You can expect to have workers peeing in your lawn, slow work if any, poor workmanship (on anything that might get finished) and lies. He will tell you that he will have “as many guys as needed”, LOL, he has no guys. He tried to go around me to the bamk and tell them the project was finished to get paid, now refuses to submit a list of what was done and what needs to be done…. I wonder why??? He uses RS Construction to double dip and overcharge. Trash company. Go elsewhere, I have seen the poor reviews on other sites also, wish I would have looked ahead of time.

PPD Construction Services Inc. 2 months agoI am a Swimming pool Contractor in Central Florida and have worked alongside many General contractors over the years, PPD is hands down the most professional, and organized company’s I have ever worked along side of. Working alongside PPD is a perfect example of how this type of work is suppose to be conducted. I would recommend PPD to all my friends in the industry for their commercial construction and renovation needs. A+ Across the board.
