Worked for the company August 2023- June 2024. I was Laid off with no call back October 2023 however, was eligible for rehire March 2024 but never made me aware that lots were back open. Save yourself the disappointment and the financial stress. The poor management and communication had caused them consistent high turnover with only being established for 2 short years. I worked 60-80 hrs a week voluntarily picking up overtime. I was considered terminated via text / email because I had a “sun blocker” up. They Waited a full week and the end of my shift to then send the email. Realistically It’s a “family “business, therefore, office / site management collectively work together solely for the personal benefit and could honestly care less about you as an employee . Just as long as you show up so they get paid while they offer starting $11-15 per hr jobs. Guards are nothing more nut but essential numbers to that company that will either cause them profit or loss, meaning they over hire and close lots unannounced until the day the lot closes and you’ve worked your shift . No orientation and limited basic training. Layoff are regular and contingent on Ford production, so do you research. Loved my job for sure, but management collectively needs a seminar and or refreshen basic training skills to perfect the professionalism, communication and empathy as as business. I’m back at allied which will pay you if you have your CPL. If you plan to work security, it’s so many other companies to choose from that have experience in years of established business and profitable benefits as an employee. If you are younger and can take the financial risk, it’s a perfect job. Notice, the only positive reviews are from inside management to create a 5 star image .

APPLY HERE!! I have worked for a lot of different companies and Phoenix Security is by far my favorite one yet. I worked at my last job for 10 years and was worried about moving to a new company. Within a few weeks of working at Phoenix, those worried were gone. I felt welcomed, appreciated, and comfortable very quickly here. I would recommend anyone looking for a job to apply.

Phoenix is an amazing security company. They go above and beyond to make sure their guards are safe and have what they need to do their jobs. They are excellent with clients and have a progressive, multilayered approach. This includes guards, cameras, security vehicles, spike strips, whatever it takes! I highly recommend them!
