REO Construction Co. 6 years agoI called to request a estimate. I was confirmed for a 5:30pm appointment on a Friday. I’m waiting at the house and he doesn’t show. I call and the owner proceeds to inform me that he forgot about the appointment. Very unprofessional and a waste of time

He and his workers kept the area clean and did their best not to disturb the plants around the new shed being built Very pleased with the results, and one of the main things is that Leo remembered the specifics of what I wanted done I would fully recommend him

Jet’s Amazing Glazing a week agoVery unprofessional, everytime they come do work at the apartment building I live in they close all windows to units worked on and blast the air so that fumes choke out all the other units.

Iron Rose Custom Renovations Inc. a year agoWe’ve hired Iron Rose for several projects at our house. They’ve renovated our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Al and his crew are great and the quotes are very reasonable. I highly recommend reaching out for any renovation project.

Fortified Construction & Restoration a year agoFortified Construction was contracted to do a full bathroom renovation on a condo we manage after a drain pipe in the wall was repaired by another company. They were unfortunately paid in full before they started and pulled off the job after demolition. They refused to get the correct permits, They refused to put any part of the bathroom back, The residents had no toilet, shower, or vanity sink for months. They pulled out all materials that were onsite that were there to do the job, they left nothing.They stated that the city was too hard to deal with and just pulled up and left. AFTER they were paid in full. They stated they would be giving us some sort of a refund but a year later they have stopped responding to our emails. $34,000 is what they were paid. They are extremely unprofessional, inadequate, and have no business doing any kind of work in construction. They are crooks! They took our money and ran all because they couldn’t pull a permit with the city. The company we had to hire to complete the work was able to get a permit within two days. It’s not the city that wasn’t wanting to work, it was them, plain and simple. What little work they attempted to do had to be torn up and done correctly by the new contractor. Do yourself a favor and run away from this “contractor”. They are a joke, a fraud, and out right thieves. There were mistakes on our behalf, we made a huge mistake by paying in full before they started. We also didn’t do any background check on them because they came recommended by another contractor we had been working with. If you’re looking to hire these crooks, buyer beware. I wouldn’t hire them to build a chicken coop.
