Charles, is a nice man but disorganized. Took 3 attempts to connect and him to come out, then Charles says I will get you a quote in 1 week, week passes, no quote, I reach out to Charles, he says sorry, I have 3 quotes ahead of you, about a month has passed no quote, no follow up. How hard is it to follow through Charles? I really had interest in TRYING to do business with Charles but it’s clear that won’t be happening. I would look elsewhere for handyman services, Charles is too busy to care.

I was very pleased with the work done by the guys. They mounted a shelf mantel above my fireplace and replaced a bi-fold door to my utility room. They were very professional and efficient, and I will definitely use their services again when I need some handyman work done around the house.

Charles has helped us several times over the last few years, and he is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He has knowledge and experience with a large variety of project types, as he has helped us with carpet, gutters, window blinds, and plumbing issues. We would recommend C4 Handyman Services to everyone!

We reached out to Charles and his team last minute to help with an event… yes, an event. We shipped in a set of kitchen cabinets, kitchen island, coffee table and couch in crates to set up at an event and needed assistance with getting everything out of crates and moved into the event space. They were able to make it happen and even figured out a better way to repack everything to ship home at the end of the event. Not only were they highly professional and helpful, but we asked them to come up with creative solutions for a project that didn’t fit the typical scope of a handyman. They did it all without batting an eye and did an excellent job. Would definitely work with them again, no questions asked.

Friendly, courteous, reasonably priced, prompt, efficient. I found them very helpful and pleasant. There work was done well and quickly. They cleaned up afterwards too. I would absolutely recommend this business!

Charles made a trip to my house outside of normal working hours and was great from the moment he walked in. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly! Not only did I learn a lot, but I was very satisfied with the work he completed. Now that my sump pump is working again, I’m already making a list of other things I want him to do down the road for me!

We had C4 handyman mint a tv, put dimmer switches in and put a curtain rod up. Charles was excellent. He was extremely customer service focused (down to wearing bootys in the house and vacuuming work dust) and his approach to the jobs and communication was extremely professional. We will absolutely use him again for future projects.

Charles is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was great at working with me to incorporate my ideas and preferences into my project, while offering his professional advice on what would work best. Right on schedule, and right on budget! And, he lives in my neighborhood… shop local!

Fair pricing and easy to work with on top of a great response time. C4 fixed mounting hardware and correctly installed our dishwasher.
