Giving 1 start due to a lack of communication, unprofessionalism and messiness. We were told by the owner the wood/carpet thresholds would be taped and they were not, leaving stain and clear coat the length of where the kitchen and family room meet. The “fix” was someone on the crew cut the carpet fibers. It has damaged our carpet permanently and cannot be fixed without replacing the carpet. The floors do look great, but it I would hate for our experience with the rest of the process to happen to anyone else.

Ritchie Floors did an amazing job on our floors!! Replaced the wood in the kitchen, sanded all the floors, and sealed. Absolutely beautiful! And there were just a few blemishes after sealing the floor, and Mike came and made them all disappear! Very high quality work!

We hired Mike’s team for flooring install and refinishing, both jobs were done almost as fast as we said go– the teams were professional, quick, clean/organized and explained everything along the way! They gave good recommendations for stain options as well. We have already recommended them to family members that will be needing hardwood floor work soon.

We had oak floors sanded down and refinished. They suggested a color and satin finish my wife loves. Professional crew that has been doing floors for decades. Price was far better than I expected. Fast response, explained job, and answered our questions.

This is the second time we have used Ritchie. We had prefinished flooring that we wanted a different color. Mike was very responsive and the job was done on time and exactly what he quoted. We were very happy with the results.

Wonderful experience with Ritchie Floors. The area to be refinished was relatively small but required replacement of several boards. Mike, the owner, is a consummate professional and a gentleman and his crew is highly skilled and neat. I highly recommend this company. I haven’t included a photo because I don’t have a “before” photo so it’s hard to appreciate the magic that Ritchie Floors performed.

We hired Mike and his guys to refinish the hardwood floors in our bedroom and they turned out fantastic! They had some patching to do and now you can’t even tell what was original and what was replaced. The stain is beautiful and the floor is gleaming. We can’t wait to have them refinish the rest of our floors!

For some reason the GPS will bring you to 1712 W Main Street, but it looks like this business is off Dean and 17th by the industrial park. I have not used them, but in order to post this I had to leave a review with stars.

Excellent job installing hardwood floors in our living room. A year ago they sanded and re-stained existing floors in our home. Picture attached was the work in progress. Everything matches beautifully. They are professional, on time, neat and have great customer service. We would highly recommend them!
