Under One Roof Construction 2 years agoI wouldn’t want my worst enemy to use this construction company. Shannon left my new build with flooding issues while she was in my building on the last day. Turns out she left an unsealed hole in the wall that took months to find. In addition the hvac system never worked. The walls were not finished properly.

Sherwood Construction Services a year agoSherwood come highly recommended from a friend and didn’t disappoint whatsoever. It was so easy to have Sherwood reglaze our shower jacuzzi tub combo, from quote, scheduling, actual work, to cleanup they are top notch. Now I’ll recommend them to everyone because my experience was excellent and I’m the second example of their work in our building.

From that point until the end of our project we were nothing but impressed with Matt and everyone on his team with their professionalism and integrity. Matt was always on top of his game when it came to technical knowledge, expertise, communication and implementation. There was clear communication throughout the project. The final product was delivered to our utmost satisfaction.

Platinum Patio and Pavers a month agoI recently had the pleasure of having Platinum Patio instal my patio. The crew leader was Mikey. Mikey was truly interested in perfection as was his crew. He spent time knowing my concerns and vision and also gave his suggestions before and during the entire project.He was unbelievably accommodating, had a fantastic calm demeanor, and I couldn’t have asked for a more thorough and perfect job. Mikey remembered every detail and in my opinion is a perfectionist. The entire crew were also all very pleasant and extremely concerned with every single detail and measurement. All had a terrific work ethic. Mikey is the one I spoke with during the construction.I could see that Mikey truly has a concern and respect for any and everyone he deals with. He is the most honest, sincere and responsible man anyone could every deal with, and has a true concern for people as well. He and his crew are a huge asset To Platinum Patio. After a job it seems you can never get the contractor back if there is a problem these days. Coincidentally I also had a finishing problem and a defective transformer as well that was discovered after they left. I notified Scott the owner, who was also always available when needed. He immediately ordered a new transformed and also personally came to my home and solved my finishing concern. This is impressive. In closing, I would endorse Mikey, his crew and everyone I dealt with at Platinum. The job was done far above the usual standard patio installers from start to finish, including the highest quality materials and techniques.I would highly recommend them to anyone.
