We made an appointment for who I assume would be the owner to come and give us an estimate to refinish our hardwood floor. We made special arrangements with our schedule to be available during the specified time and he did not show up, did not answer our call, and did not call us back. Will not be using him and would not recommend someone who can’t give common courtesy to call.

Tood did such a fantastic job refinishing floors for us. We purchased an older home that had severe pet damage where dog urine had created grey stains all throughout the house. I didn’t think it could be fixed. Todd and his crew worked miracles to replace some wood and refinish all the floors. They are absolutely beautiful. They, Todd was able to get to our project quickly.. He arrived on time, finished as scheduled,communicated with progress and matched the new planks beautifully, all at a very competitive cost. I would recommend them without hesitation!!

I’ve been in the trade for 30 years Todd ran my flooring division and Todd Swaney, and South Metro Flooring, is by far the only person or company that I would ever have install, sand, and finish my hardwood flooring projects, either in my own home or one of my clients homes. Todd has over 20 years experience in the field. His knowledge, craftsmanship, attention to detail, product knowledge and communication skills is bar none. He fully understand the whole process and skillfully relates its to the client.

One of the best in town! I’ve had the pleasure of working side by side with Mr Swaney. Very high quality floors for a very reasonable price. You will not find someone that is more detail oriented and customer service driven.
