The team is very professional and their work is of highest quality, always informative and our sunroom turned out just as I had imagined . . . quite honestly, better than I imaged! I can’t imagine how any other team could have done a better job! As a satisfied customer I would highly recommend Timberline Building Group for any add on or renovations you may have in mind. This team is the BOMB! 💕

It has been a pleasure working with him and I hope to be able to work with him on more projects in the future! You couldn’t ask for a more helpful and honest company!

Mountain West Remodeling Center a month agoFOLLOW UP 2: The company took down their response, apparently they realized what they wrote was ridiculous. Good thing I took a screen capture. FOLLOW UP: You can tell a lot about a business from how they respond to negative feedback, they can offer a simple apology, or ramble on, make excuses, point fingers and try to belittle the reviewer, in this case, they chose the latter. What a disappointing response from the business. If they would of returned my call, they would of immediately remembered who I was, especially after talking to them at great length during the Home Show. Think about what they’re alluding to, if a “new” prospective customer tries to call them, the call and message are blocked and not delivered…OK. I’ll say it again, to all those looking for a contractor, read my review and pay special attention to their comments…and make your own decision, good luck if you go with them. ORIGINAL POST: My wife and I met these guys at the latest Denver Home and Garden Show, we spoke to them for at least 20-30 minutes regarding a large remodel project…we were very impressed with them. It was time to move forward with our project, so I gave them a call and as I was leaving my message, I received a text stating “sorry, I can’t talk right now”. I think OK, they’ll call me back. Its been a few days and they never texted or called me back. Why would you invest a whole lot of money to have a booth at the Denver Home and Garden Show and not return a call for a $100K+ project? And don’t give me the overused “I lost your number excuse, it’s in your phone and text history. If you are thinking about hiring this company, think about it…they can’t return a simple call, do you think they’re the type of company you want to work with? We’ll pass…we don’t need this type of stress during a remodeling project. Good Luck if you decide to go with them.
