Another great visit from Comfort Solutions!! Sam Jackson was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything. Thank you, again, Comfort Solutions for great work!! Comfort Solutions saved Christmas for us!! With negative degree temperatures and blizzard conditions forecast for tomorrow, our furnace was not heating well enough. CS sent a technician out the same day, diagnosed the solution and had parts in stock to replace the heating unit the same day!! Our technician, Clay, was excellent, explained everything, even showing us the damaged parts, went to get the new parts, installed them and showed us the repairs. Even more, he befriended our dog!! Thank you CS and Clay for an excellent experience and for saving Christmas for our family!!

Sam was terrific. He had to deal with our very rambunctious 7 grandchildren running around, screaming and creating lots of excitement. Sam took it all in stride as we fixed our AC. The service call was a very positive experience.

Brendon was wonderful! He was willing to make me his last stop of the day so that I did not have to take off too much work. He called ahead to make sure that I was home and tell me what time he would arrive. He was courteous, thourough and go my unit up and running! Brendon made quick friends with my dogs and was mindful of the gate when he needed to go to the van and back. Thank you Brendon! Maverick misses you already!

They’ve earned our loyalty with exceptional service, quality products, professional and trustworthy personnel. Very responsive to emergency situations. And we minimize those by taking advantage of their semi-annual visits to inspect our HVAC systems before anything gets out of hand. Highly recommend!
