Kevin and his team did such a great job on my kitchen renovation/expansion and half bath remodel that I had them come back to remodel another bathroom. ResCom offers quality, trustworthiness, and a fair price. I will work with them again on the next project.

Monarch Contracting 2 months agoAs long as we continue to live in the Cincinnati-Dayton area, Monarch Contracting will be our first and only call for all of our home renovation and remodeling needs. Chris and his team treated our home as if it were their own. Mind you, half of our home was down to the studs for six months following a major pipe burst and internal flood. Every trade under Chris’s watch took care of us with the utmost respect. We needed plumbing, framing, masonry, carpet, installation, drywall, and painting. Again, every trade was incredibly professional and treated our home remarkably. Additionally, Chris lobbied on our behalf to get our insurance claim payout to quadruple the initial estimate. He was relentless in fighting for us and I can’t say enough for him or his team. If we build a home, it will be with Monarch. If we renovate or remodel, it will be with Monarch. If we need repairs or advice, we will use Monarch. Outstanding people and service(s).
