Two TML technicians, Jordan and Tim, performed routine maintenance on my home HVAC system today, July12, 2024. They sent a text message that they were on their way, arrived on time, and performed the service in an efficient and professional manner. In addition, at my request Jordan checked the integrity of the return air flow ductwork for a reason that I shared with them. His inspection was reassuring, for which I am grateful. Based on many years of experience including installation of a new HVAC system about 3 years ago, I strongly recommend TML for HVAC equipment and service needs.

Our technician, Ryan Durbin, was on time, professional, and very pleasant. He had to perform our regular maintenance on a very hot day and he didn’t allow the discomfort of the day to get in the way of his job. We continue to be pleased with TML. Their service and technicians are first rate!

Updated 7/10/2024 – Service quality has diminished significantly. In the past 2 weeks I have had 2 no-shows, with scheduling calling in the middle to the end of my scheduled service window to cancel my service. It is understandable that they have to prioritize emergency service over less urgent services, but unacceptable that they are unable to cancel appointments that were confirmed multiple times, including the day before, after the service window. Clearly the heatwave and holiday PTO was known many days in advance and didn’t happen 3 hrs 45 minutes into my service window. They are obviously struggling to hire/retain techs and a lot more of the service is now being scheduled by the national chain. One more cancellation and I will be canceling my PM plan and moving to a new provider. The techs and actual service has been excellent, and when they show up, they show up on time and communicate well. I have been on the bi-annual maintenance plan with TML since we had them install a completely new HVAC system (AC, Furnace, Water Heater, Humidifier & Aircleaner) 5 years ago. Service has always been professional and punctual. Techs are well trained and very polite. They always provide excellent service and do a little extra. My service on 3/17 by TJ Reach was outstanding. He called prior to arrival, serviced our AC & Minisplit, did extra cleaning on the mini split due to a foster dog digging situation, replaced my filter (with one I had pre-purchased on my own). I have never had a no-show or had service techs arrive late. I’ve always been able to get a service appointment in a reasonable time frame.
