Renaissance Remodeling 3 weeks agoRichard and Paul came over to discuss options patio coverings. Both Richard and Paul were excellent in customer service and explaining the patio options. I was very pleased with their customer service.

Remedy Residential a month agoI put my faith in Remedy Residential and they did not disappoint. Their entire team was not only professional but prompt. They began promptly at 8:00 and worked all day. They even cleaned up before leaving for the day. From start to finish I was pleased with each and every member of their team: Eric, Courtney, Dane, Jayden, Maliki, Aaron, and Joey were all skilled and each contributed in their own way to bring this project to an impressive conclusion and on time! I will definitely use them on future projects. Worth every penny! I need to give a special shoutout to Jayden, as he was the project lead and kept me informed as the project was underway. His communication was very appreciated. Eric and Courtney, thank you again for an exceptional experience! I love my new fireplace and wall of windows!

Kreizenbeck Constructors 4 years agoKreizenbeck is the company doing the remodel for Connections Credit Union here in Twin Falls. There are so many words I could use to describe this company, but i’ll try to keep it short. I am so impressed with the level of customer service they have provided. They are loyal, honest, ethical, and just good people. Clint is the superintendent on this job, and he has exceeded all expectations I ever had for this job. He has made this whole project pleasant and as comfortable as possible. I recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel or any construction need. I know I will never use anyone else. Thank you Clint, Joe and Kreizenbeck for such a great experience, I will miss y’all when you’re gone!! And that’s saying something, because who likes remodels, right? 😁

Idlewild Builders 2 months agoGrayson did an incredible kitchen remodel for us in 2022 including the design and the build out. We came to him with a budget and some general ideas and he collaborated and iterated with us to develop a full project concept and design. The project was built on time and on budget. He was incredibly thoughtful cleaning up because we were in the house while the remodel was happening. His attention to detail, innate artistry, passion for his craft, upfront communication and can-do attitude made for a wonderful experience. We feel so lucky to have worked with him on our project and you will too!

Terravita Landscape & Gardening, Inc. a day agoI do not recommend this company for sprinkler work. Background they have set up our sprinklers and worked on our house for over 25 years. I recently purchased the house 2 to 3 years ago. It is a complex house with many zones and both AC and DC solenoids. It had a complex problem that they did not help diagnose, I had to use a different company diagnose the problem. I called them and set up an appointment for them to fix it, since they installed the system. They could not come for 11 days. This annoyed me as the lawn was not appropriately watered for 11 days during 110 weather. I waited for them to show up and took a day off from work to be there. Initially they had said they would come at 11 AM. When I asked them for their estimated time of arrival they said ‘the afternoon’ when I called them at 2:45 and asked for an update, they said many people were ahead of me, that they were swamped and they could not give me a time. When I said it was only two hours till the end of day they said “I understand your frustration, but can’t give you a time.” I waited for them all day after 11 days and they did not show up. Furthermore, they gave me no priority despite making an appointment. They have severe scheduling problems. I cannot comment on the quality of their work. I can just say they don’t care too much to be on time to do the work they say they will do. Additionally I reached out several times and went over the problem with them and reiterated my expectations for times, taking time off work to be there etc. They didn’t care. What bothers me is they gave me no indication that showing up to my appointment was optional to them. They just gave me lip service why they didn’t show up. Good luck if you use this company. Find a company that actually wants your business and treats customers reasonably.
