Eric gave us an estimate and was very clear and covered everything we needed to replace our heating/air conditioning in our home. They were able to get it in a very timely manor and at a very fair price. Cody wis the installer and he was very professional and well trained. I have to say that my experience with this company has been absolutely pleasant. I had two gentlemen, Tucker $ Clay replace my furnace and air unit. Their work was very professional, polite and clean. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Tom B. was the hero of our day! Not only did he fix the AC, but he made sure to get us the correct size air filter and reset the air flow to make the unit quieter and more efficient! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t thank him enough for his service!

Great service! Tucker was very nice and knowledgable. He didn’t cut corners and made sure everything was working as it was supposed to. I called late for an Ac issue and Tucker didn’t complain or treat us like we were an inconvenience like so many other places. Thank you for responding to our late call so our family can sleep comfortably tonight Tucker! We appreciate it so much!

The contracted technician Tom “bulldog” Bullock was simply the best ever! Efficient, knowledgeable, polite as all get out, professional and very, very warm- PERFECT! No hot water for two weeks. I had two other outfits trying to figure out my problem to no avail. However clearly now I have been afforded the best service call period in Treasure Valley in my home getting it done right with Intelligent Design Mechanical! Thanks a million folks!!!!

Great experience with Intelligent Design! Thanks to Chase and Tucker, our heater is back in working condition. No more cold nights! Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, but friendly and laid back at the same time, which is a perfect combination in my opinion. The work was quick and tidy, and the conversation was insightful and to the point. I definitely recommend! And to Chase, thank you for being such a good sport with my very energetic and curious daughters (they’re 4 and 2)! Sorry they wouldn’t leave you alone. 😆
