Hired for a job I was quoted 3500 for, gave him a 1500 down payment for labor only, since I already had materials. He worked a few days then disappeared and didn’t respond. The last I hear was “be there at noon”, and that was it. After some arguments he said well he charges 125/he and he worked 12 hours so I should do the math but the job wasn’t an hourly job, it was 3500 for the whole thing and he did maybe 5%. I guess he underbid and instead of talking to me he just flaked. He also said he would refund some of my money, which he never did.

I had an electrical emergency and could not get power reconnected until the damage was repaired. John was at my house within hours and was able to fix the problem the very next day! He was awesome and I will be using him from now on!

If I could, I will give these guys zero stars. I made and appointed with them to meet then on Wednesday at 11 am, but he never showed up. Not even a call from him after that, and this was an appointed that was delayed by a day since a day before he canceled the appointment on Tuesday and move it to Wednesday. Updated: the electrician didn’t show up, I know this for a fact since I spent an hour sitting on the stairs waiting for someone to show up. I also never got a callback or voicemail response.

Received same day services on an air conditioner call. My ac was out and it was 90 degrees. He was there on time and as promised. Would definitely recommend him. Great price as well.

Our son had used Jet electric for his hot tub to fix what another electric company did wrong.We were redoing a room upstairs and called to see jf they would come to Smithton.Im glad they did because he installed 5 outlets and did great work.He got it done quickly and didnt have to even cut holes in the wall.We were very happy and gave us a great price.Jet electric just earned themselves 2 new customers!!!

We had a new electrical box installed. He showed up at 8 a.m. and was done by 3 p.m. I would definitely, highly recommend this company. Scheduled everything with Ameren. It went very smoothly. Awesome job. Thanks
