Prestito’s Home Solutions 11 months agoMike Prestito is a contractor who was referred by Home Depot Pro. When he first came he was very professional in accommodating us with designing and sizing our butcher block countertop. He sent us the price and measurements of the wood. Then he sent a picture of the wood board with the stain which was rather darker than we wanted but it worked well. Upon delivery of the finished product we went against our better judgment being excited about completing the job. Upon further inspection we found the table was not stained but heavy layers of paint or stain that was not properly applied. The table has streaks, and sometimes the paint or finish clumps. The top has rough spots and is not smooth like a regular table surface. There are dents in this brand new butcher block board. On the side surfaces the finish is rough that is bubbly on all four sides. Mike promised to come back and make this situation right although he said there’s nothing he can do about the color. It’s been 3 weeks and so far no response and no promise of a date to return. The job he did is far from professional. It’s the worse portion of a newly renovated kitchen. From a distance the design works until you have a seat at the counter. I can’t tell if something sticky is on my table or it’s Mikes work. After many wipe downs there’s no improvement. Not one complement on the countertop. I would not recommend him and Home Depot Pro is no better because they have failed to return any of our calls. Which means this is money lost.

Pete’s Remodeling and Repair, LLC 8 months agoPete was recommended to us by the folks at The Countertop Shop. We did a total master bath remodel and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He and his crew listened to everything we wanted and made sure we were satisfied with the finished result. We’ve already decided on another project for Pete.

Mattea Construction 5 years agoExcellent craftsmanship. Goes above and beyond. Installed new roof and siding on custom steep roof. They found and fixed a disconnected exhaust pipe that was causing water damage in my bathroom that previous roofer just covered up. Extremely satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship. Highly recommend

TruGreen Lawn Care 5 days agoI had Javaun B. come out to service my yard today. Trugreen calls Javaun a “Trugreen Lawn Care Specialist.” I call him a Trugreen Customer Service Care Specialist and Standard Barer. Javaun serviced my yard with fertilizer and weed control treatments. He took the time to ask questions about any yard care concerns I may have, and ensured those concerns were addressed as he treated my property. Javaun’s cordial interactive communications along with his attention to details while performing his job placed him in high standing with me. He sets a standard worthy of being emulated. A true Trugreen Customer Care Specialist and Standard Barer! Thanks for a job well done Javaun!
