Greenspring did an excellent job on a recent renovation on my condo. After a storm that caused a leak in my ceiling, I had to get deck doors above the leak replaced, a roof deck regraded, flashing installed, and the interior repaired. Greenspring did a great job at all of it, communicating very proactively and clearly, explaining the status of the work and the options to me every step of the way. Every appointment the guys doing the work got there early, let me know what to expect, and did quality work. I would definitely work with Greenspring again!

Makes false promises (3 times) about sending someone to my home to fix a problem his team created. 3 times I called out of work only to get ignored. What happened Jason? Shady “company”. Buyer be warned.

We contacted Greenspring Construction to have our windows and doors wrapped as well as have some window frames replaced. They were professional, reasonably priced, timely, friendly and experts in the services performed. Our requests were completed to our thorough satisfaction and we definitely recommend them for home projects.

Jason and team did a good job painting my cabinets and walls. However, he signed the contract to come in for touch up again within a year. He has been unresponsive for the last 4 months and would not answer my text or phone call. Very unprofessional.
