Completely unresponsive. Credit to Yatt for delivering our remodeling largely on time and budget. However I would caution future possible customers if they think they might one day need Yatt’s service or advice related to jobs they originally did. Totally unresponsive. They will not as much as return your phone, texts or emails unless you’re offering a new major contract. I found this to be unprofessional and rude.

We just completed a project with Williamson home repair to relocate a washer and dryer in our house. We are very happy with the work and professionalism of the team. They even went above and beyond to paint drywall they had to repair, which I was not expecting. We will definity use again for future projects.

Vit Miska, the VP from TLC Construction worked with us. He did an outstanding job! He gave us suggestions for our kitchen remodel, which we had never thought of and we absolutely love the way it turned out! It really opened up the kitchen to eating area & family room and he gave me added storage space by suggesting much better placement of cabinets. I was hesitant to make changes but so glad that we took the advice of this experienced builder. The cabinet installer and Carpenter that Vit sent out was a perfectionist and we saw the extra effort he put thru to get everything just right. We initially just brought Vit in for the kitchen remodel and ended up having them redo all the flooring on the first level. For so long I had been in a query over what to do with the hardwoods in the large open foyer b/c I could not find perfect shade to update to. He had his experienced specialist come out and instead of having to chose from sample shades at numerous flooring stores we had visited- Vit suggested putting in unstained hardwoods into the foyer and customizing them to a shade closer to what I had been searching for for years. It looked marvelous and we had Vit’s company/ TLC do rest of flooring throughout. On upper level- I love the suggestion that his carpet expert gave for stairway – which gave it more of an upscale look. Vit’s company also did work in lower level bedroom & repainted the lower level. We ended up having his painters do work on all 3 levels and the painters we got were were very friendly and experienced. His drywall specialist has a good eye and doing work in basement- we had him him go thru the entire house and he took care of all nail pops in ceiling and touched up sun room where needed. He was the best. We liked all the work so much and the granite suppliers his company utilizes that had vast selections to chose from. After making selection for kitchen granite – we decided to also have TLC also change all bathroom sinks over to granite. The company they use to cut the granite was great and helped w/ outlay utilizing the best prime sections of the slabs and it turned out great and the installers did a fantastic job. We just loved the work that his ceramic flooring installers did in the kitchen and Vit was able to manage to also still work in getting ceramic flooring also done in bathrooms. The jobs his installers did in the kitchen, eat in and family room was great. Those fellows were his other specialist that also did the backsplash installations- they were very good, friendly and professional. All the work done turned out great! We turned out calling Vit back just recently to have roof replaced thru his Clarity Windows& Roofing company and he exceeded our expectations by producing & delivering an exceptional product within promised time. We loved the suggestions Vit made to move to architectural shingles and the change to the color blend made such a big improvement. The installers that we got from his company were very professional and the job was completed sooner than promised. We were exceeding happy with Vit’s Clarity division and all of his professionalism.

I recently had a project done by Sider Construction, owned by Malek Sider At Sider Construction LLC. 8113 Blairton rd, Springfield, VA 22152, US and I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience. The project total was $18,000, and the payment terms were clearly laid out: 50% upfront, 25% upon 50% completion, and the final 25% upon project completion. Initially, I paid $9,000 upfront as agreed. Once the job was 50% completed, I paid another $4,500, totaling 75% of the project cost. Total of three projects combined. He got 75% payment for the kitchen balance which he never finished However, Malek asked for additional paymen 1. Premature Payment Requests: Malek claimed to have finished the first two projects and demanded the remaining balance of $825 and $1,125 for those projects, plus additional amounts related to the kitchen project. He asked for these payments despite significant work still pending on the kitchen, including tile installation, cabinet installation, and the setup of major appliances like the microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. 2. Contract Issues: Malek had me sign the contract with blue ink for extra charges but then refused to provide me with a copy of the signed contract. He insisted on receiving additional payments before handing over the contract copy, which is both unreasonable and unprofessional. And if signed the co tract by the law he needs to give me a copy 3. Threats and Unfinished Work: When I refused to make further payments unless he give me a copy of the contract was signed by me and him with the blue ink. Malek refused to give me a copy of the contract via text or email. Malek threatened to place a lien on my house. This aggressive tactic is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. He also threatens me and told me “ You don’t know what I can do to you.” Now he got me scared he might harm me or god knows what he will do to me after he threatens me. 4. Incomplete and Incorrect Installations: Several key tasks. washing machine, and dryer, for which he charged an additional $300. Additionally, he incorrectly installed laminate flooring between the bedroom and hallway, despite my explicit instructions to use tile or tile trash hold. 5. Unprofessional Behavior: Malek left the project incomplete and handed me the key, stating he wouldn’t return claiming that I breached the contract. This seems to be a clever tactic to take money from customers taking 75% payment for the job and then using an excuse of a contract breach to avoid finishing the work. How about the 75% of money I already paid? this behavior is nothing short of theft. It is fraudulent to take people’s money and not fufill the contractual obligations. If he stated that he did give me the contract with my ink signture why can’t he prove it and resend it to me then. Because he is nothing but a lier. I had him on camera recorded it was in my living room and he is aware of the camera in the living room, argue with me and refusing to hand me , text or email me the contract. I think camera doesn’t lie. This abandonment of the project without a proper walkthrough or completion of agreed tasks is highly unprofessional. Even though I paid him 75% of the jo, which is 13500$ he got. 6. Lack of Accountability: Malek did not rectify mistakes made during the installation of the tiles, I did take the baseboard because he never take it off and install the tile under the base molding. And his contract Erika try asked me for extra charge. She asked him on the phone how much she should charge me for the draining to the egress window. He told her 350$. And I did pay her. She asked me to give her the check and asked me to buy extra hose. Which I went and I did to make her happy. In conclusion, my experience with Sider Construction LLC and Malek was highly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, refusal to provide necessary contract documents, premature payment demands, and incomplete work are unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider engaging with Sider Construction LLC to avoid similar issues.

I wish I had read reviews before I used this company. They were quite awful and bottom line was just money not customer satisfaction. The work itself was not bad even though they had to come back to correct some things but it was an insurance claim and they were only attentive when they wanted money. Even my insurance adjustor couldn’t believe how they treated me (she saw the emails).

I recently had my master bathroom remodeled and another bathroom as well. The team at RP Remodeling was extremely professional at all times and my project was finished at the estimated time. I highly recommend this company and would definitely work with them in the future.
