Beyond terrible stay away if I could give this man Peter negative stars I would. Our process has taken over a year and a half and we are now up to over $18,000 in penalties. When Peter started we had that number was zero, he has done nothing that we could not have done ourselves, in fact, we probably would have gotten much further had we not used his services. He will never answer calls text, or communicate with leaving us in the dark as to what is going on and if we are progressing or not. This lack of communication and transparency is what got me to $18,000 in fines and I’m still being charged $50 a day. We have yet to hear back from Peter for about three months of trying

I finally purchased my winter escape in Florida. I was so excited to be there and wanted to get in as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of the building code on flooring. I had my new floors put in with no permit. Within one day of final installation, I was served with a violation. Mortified and not knowing what to do, I received a solicitation in my mailbox from a company called Close Permits Fast. Of course, my initial thoughts were, “Well isn’t this sketchy?” In this world we live in, like many people, I am very cautious of solicitation mailings and emails. But I thought, why not? I Googled them, and it appeared to be legitimate. I called and was immediately surprised to discover that they were not just legitimate, but extremely knowledgeable in these circumstances. My heart slowed down and I felt a sigh of relief. That was the beginning of complete resolution. Peter and his team are professional, responsive and REALLY good at keeping people calm throughout the process. If you are considering Close Permits Fast, Inc, I have 2 words…..DO IT!! You will not regret it and your life, like mine, will stop spinning. Receiving a violation for any reason is not fun. Peter will take care of you. Kudos to your team, Peter! I recently engaged the services of Close Permits Fast, Inc., specifically working with Peter Nunez, with the expectation of a smooth and transparent process in closing a permit. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below my expectations. While the permit was ultimately closed, the journey to completion was marred by a significant lack of transparency. Communication was virtually non-existent; my texts and phone calls went unanswered, leaving me in the dark about the progress and details of my case. This disregard for client concerns was not only frustrating but also unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Peter Nunez or Close Permits Fast, Inc. for any permit-related services. Their approach to client engagement and communication is severely lacking, making it impossible for me to consider using their services again.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Close Permit Fast. a seller engaged their services to expedite a permit closure, but it’s been over a year, and the permit is still unresolved. Communication has been a major issue throughout this process. They rarely answer our calls or respond to our inquiries, leaving us in the dark about the progress of our permit. Furthermore, their team visited our property and left behind damage – holes in the walls and exposed wires with electric power, which is a serious safety concern. What’s most frustrating is the consistent dishonesty. We’ve received promises and assurances that have repeatedly turned out to be untrue. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Close Permit Fast. I expected efficiency and professionalism, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I hope they can address these issues to provide a better service to their customers in the future.
