Zimmerman Kitchen Design 5 months agoWe had our kitchen and guest bathroom remodeled this past summer by Zimmerman Kitchen and design of Boca Raton and we are thrilled with both! Nick was our designer and he was great and very easy to work with. The general contractor, Fernando, was wonderful and his installers were also fabulous! They did a super job and we would highly recommend them!

Walker Property Services, LLC a month agoWe did a job for them in Key West Florida, it was for a stuck open flush valve, and the store was flooding, we stopped the flood and replaced the valve on a weekend and after hours, after the job was completed they are refusing to pay. We should’ve let the store flood, and this is what we’ll do next time they call. It’s been five months.

Wagner Design & Construction Inc 3 years agoWas slow to respond initially (2 weeks) and took a long time for the estimate (10+ days) but he did finally get back to me so I am updating this review to delete some of the things I said that are no longer applicable and bumping the rating up from 1 to 3 stars. Already hired someone else while waiting…

VKB Kitchen and Bath – Palm Beach Gardens a month agoHad the best experience remodeling my kitchen with VKB . Everything was done just as expected, very talented work ethics. From Amanda to her administrative and work team were great throughout the whole project. They always had project managers on site, and that was something great and important to me since, I travel a lot and couldn’t be there for most of the time. I’m very pleased with the final result, I am planning on remodeling my two bathrooms and will definitely be using VKB again!! Thank you so much to the whole team for all the wonderful work!

Urban Building Concepts a month agoGreat company to work with. Very responsive to emails, calls and texts. Always on top of the sub contractor work and making sure everything is completed properly and in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again.

Ryan went above an beyond on my kitchen demo an remodel an the craftsmanship was spot on an better then anything I could have imagined. On top of a quality job Ryan was easy to contact as well as knowledgeable and always helpful and reassuring that the job will be done to the liking of myself an he went above an beyond. 5 stars an will definitely be using him for all my projects

Prime Properties & Renovations 4 years agoJon Bundy was the hired contractor. We chose him because we’ve worked on 2 renovations projects prior with him. We pushed an early close on a condo in February so we could start the renovation process prior to moving in. We agreed that project should be done by June, and planned to remain out of the unit in order for him to have space to operate and perform the tasks without interference. He submitted the permit request 3/13/2020, and every 2-4 weeks, I would text or call him to get updates, just to leave a voicemail, and get no response. 5/5- he finally sends me a screenshot of the failed permit, which was reviewed 3/18/2020- with a note that he had been notified on that date. I then asked him for updates on the new submission with no response. I asked him to call me or text me back, again, no response. Keep in mind, I’ve been paying my regular rent, and another separate mortgage at $3500/month. Due to his lack of professionalism, he has cost us > $10,000 and an additional 2 months delay minimum, because our new contractor has to start all over. We understand that there is an unforeseen pandemic, and even reached out from a place of concern on multiple platforms, thinking that something serious had happened. Our building would have allowed him to start on the project since all of the paperwork required by them had been processed for non-permit work, but the unit sat empty since he did not follow up. He finally got in contact with me on 5/14 claiming that he has been trying to get the permit processed with no evidence or explaining why it had failed to begin with. His claim is that nothing is his fault, no apology for lack of communication, no explanation for weeks of total silence. We have already gotten additional contractor quotes since we assumed he had abandoned the project. My husband and I are both doctors, and we own 2 successful businesses and deliver great customer service. Jon Bundy is the most unprofessional person I’ve had to work with. His lack of respect for others time and hard-earned money has caused us a lot of unnecessary stress in an already stressful time. We had trusted him and even had him as a guest at our wedding. His total disregard for others is totally apparent by completely ignoring a client of record and someone we had once called a friend.
