ROAM roof was recommended to us from a realtor that had them do a roof repair on a house we were buying that had discrepancies from house inspection. The reason for contacting ROAM was we experienced weather related damage from a tornado in Belton Texas. Their sales representative, Tanner, contacted us and performed a thorough roof inspection and provided a very detailed report of our damage. He also provided an estimate of repairs that included 3 levels of repair with increased costs. Once we received his report we submitted a claim to our insurance company, USAA. Tanner notified us that he wants to be at our house during our insurance adjuster’s inspection. Together they inspected our roof and property for any damage. When we received the adjuster’s report we contacted Tanner and went over his report. Roof, windows, chimney, garage doors, fencing and debris removal were all annotated on the report. Tanner agreed to act as single point of contact, general contractor, to coordinate getting all repairs accomplished. He coordinated with all companies for keeping repairs in line with the allocated money from insurance company. Any repairs above the insurance allocation he would submit a supplemental request to USAA for approval. Our roof replacement was completed on July 16th, 2 days, and we are very happy with the results. Accolades to his team for a very professional done job. Aerial photos were taken before, during, and after the roof replacement. All other repairs are waiting for schedules from subcontractors.

Roam Roof Did a great job! Garrett was able to get out to our house quickly and get us scheduled for a Roof Replacement in a timely manner, considering we were in the process of selling our home. The roof looks great!

Garrett was very knowledgeable of what my needs were for my new roof and was very informative of the process. Any time I had a question about the process all I had to do was send him a text and he sent me an answer back the same day. He was working with the insurance company and keeping me informed of all the transactions. Even though the work is not completed the overall experience has been very well.

Not only did he replace our roof but he also worked with the window contractor to replace our windows. Our roof looks amazing. Thank you Tanner and Roam Roof for making it so easy.
