Texas HomePro Roofing & Remodeling a week agoPart of a 501(c)3 looking to do a renovation/remodel in Killeen. First rep was motivated and worked well with us to develop a plan. He was terminated and it has gone downhill from there. Can’t get anyone to follow up and secure a contract with. Receptionist continues to promise call backs with project managers but nothing. Wasting valuable time to get project done yet can’t seem to ever get Cheyenne or Bo (newly assigned PMs) to complete the simplest task of returning a phone call. Can’t afford to start the process over with another company due to time constraints but I’m betting they will not honor their quote now that it’s taken longer than 30 days to get a rep to sign the contract. STILL WAITING! If you haven’t began working with them I’d seriously consider not doing so. I’ll keep you posted.
