I called to schedule a time to have the company come out and provide an estimate on a new project we are planning and immediately was interrupted with a sales pitch to get me to sign up for a membership. I politely listened and said at this moment we are in the project planning phase and need to start with an estimate. The person taking the call was very rude and short and said no we can have an electitian there today and I again said we have to start with an estimate. The man who took the call said they just don’t send electricians out for estimates and hung up on me. He was just a plain jerk and shouldn’t be answering calls. Who ever is representing the company on the calls is not at all I would recommend anyone doing business with! Plenty of other good contractors out there that have great listening skills, offer free estimates and are not trying to push services.

Duncan Electric Contractors spent 10 minutes on the phone getting detailed information about the 4 lights/chandeliers I needed installed and were flexible with my busy work schedule. They hung a pendant in my kitchen nook, an elaborate led light in the dining room, a 4 ft crystal chandelier in the foyer and an 8 ft chandelier in the living room, with 250 crystals. Amazing local business!

The electricians we’re on time and professional. They prompty fixed and solved our issues and left the outlet, box and cover better than it was before. This was our second AWESOME experience with Duncan Electric Contractors and we highly recommend them.

I had a very difficult electrical issue at a home I was working on. I had two other electricians come look at the issue. Jonn came in and fixed it with minimal problems. He was very reasonable and timely in fiing it. I would highly recommend Duncan Electric Contractors.

I called to have some work done. They told me they could have someone come out the very same day. At first I was happy about how quick I could be seen. Then at 4pm I was given a call saying they can’t make it. I gave it a pass cause I get things come up and it was same day. Then the lady on the phone made the appointment for Saturday between 11am and 2pm. They ended up no calling or showing up for the work that I made an appointment for. Will be looking for someone else to do the work. With all the high rating I see on Google I question how legit they are. Cause it’s never a good sign when a company does this.

Terrible choice in contractors. Severely unprofessional. Individual was cursing, complaining having to get WE Energies involved, was there less than 10 minutes to throw me a quote (that was exponentially high, likely because he did not want to do it) and then promptly asked for the $100 service fee. Worst experience and will not be utilizing this company.

Their awesome tech detected a problem that we couldn’t figure out and gave me a quote for connecting my furnace properly. He also replaced a few outlets that were not functioning well. We were very pleased with his work and would use his services again.
