We were staying at a vacation rental in Bethany Beach which had not one but two bathrooms that were not working. The one toilet even overflowed twice. The man who came to take care of the bathrooms was very polite and took care of the bathrooms in less than 30 minutes. Was very happy!

John , Sean and rest of team made this huge job of total new well and total new pipes, pump etc . Very helpful, understanding and professional. I highly recommend this company . The whole process was a lot easier with the friendly team .

Our AC went out and the service was excellent, we knew it was living on borrowed time. Everything was done as quickly as they could get parts and they even lent us a window unit to get through until the new system was installed.

The service tech was a salesman and not a plumber. He came in didn’t even look at the toilet, flush it, look in the back tank but instead went out to his vehicle and wrote up this long estimate with an attached offer for a plumbing and hvac contract. The total price to fix what he wasn’t even sure was wrong was 578.00, or 491.00 if we signed up for the 180.00/year contract. It turned out to be nothing wrong with the shut off valve and I went to Home Depot and replaced the inside toilet mechanism, all for 18.00. Prices too high and was going to charge us for work that didn’t even need to be done. No thank you. Thank you for your apology. I declined the 99.00 removal fee because it was under the stipulation that I remove my review. I feel it’s in the best interest of the general public to be aware of the way of your business practice. It should be in the best interest of the customer for the plumber to diagnose the problem and hopefully repair the problem at a minimal cost. The fact that I was able to purchase a part for 18.00 and repair it myself shows the over inflated parts and service charge. My elderly mother-in-law as well as many others in our community would be at your mercy. I am very confident that your plumbers are skilled and good at what they do, but an in and out repair job should not cost (visit fee included) 700.00

I highly recommend these professionals. They gave me honest estimate. They were very friendly. Other companies were twice what they were asking. In this economy, we need honest and reputable companies. Someone that will not take advantage of us. Call these guys first. You won’t regret it.
