I contacted Shore Craftsman LLC, about a project and received a call from the owner right away. Stan was upfront with me saying it might be a week or so before he could come out and give me an estimate on a pergola. Stan and agreed on a date that he would be out and on that date he showed was up ten minutes early. I very much liked that. Stan and I spoke about a vision I had to incorporate a sand area with a larger sand area enclosed by a pergola and six air chair swings. Again, Stan was upfront about the prices of lumber and explained it might be a little more than expected. I agreed. Shore Craftsman’s construction crew can every day they said they would and cleaned up any mess before they left for the day. The pergola is a two tier beauty. It’s everything I imagined and more. I can’t say enough about the work ethic of this company. I will certainly use them again for my next project.

First off I must say this company is a joke my parents had work almost a year back and it is horrible my dad laid tile for almost 20 years and this company knew nothing about laying tile instead of giving the job to someone else or say they couldn’t do it they went ahead and did tile work and it looks like crap they had to ask my father multiple times how to do certain things the supplies they bought was garbage and I’m here to say I’m contacting better business berau and who ever else I can in the process because my parents tile is now coming up all over the grout is just horrible looming and on top of all of it my parents were out of town the whole time practically they were there doing the work they had a key to my parents house which would of never ever happened if I would of known I’d of been there supervising everything that was done because even I watching my dad lay tile my whole life could of done better than this company did then to top it off my parents come home to there window eing left open which cause damage to the vanity and wall because of course it rained and they tried to make it out to be my parents fault they haven’t took responsibility for anything they’ve done incorrectly which has been everything they were suppose to be done in a couple days that turned into weeks my parents came home a few times to find hardly anything done then the placed my parents washer and dryer outside while they did the work not for two days weeks when they finally brought them in they were damaged and full of rust at the bottom from sitting they didn’t take the time to make sure they were fully covered and no rain was gonna come through they simply threw a peice of plastic laying over it I’m here to say my parents my be older and you may of thought you got over on them but I’m calling the insurance company and I’m also calling a lawyer just in case you don’t think you should have to fix damages you never fixed in the beginning but only made my house look worse so my parents the nevilles yeah I’m sure you know that last name they just spoke to you last week are now having to deal with this after my father just beat cancer last year and to top it off was in treatment while your company was doing the work I feel you took advantage of my parents when they we’re at there most vulnerablest time and I’m here to tell you it’s not OK and if your company doesn’t fix it they’re will be more problems for You’re company then the job was even worth so if your such a good company as you claimed but your reviews tell a different story I would most definitely get in contact with my parents and fix this quick before I do and I’m young and they may not have a lot of fight left but I sure do especially when it comes to company’s like this looking for a easy way to score some money by basically taking a older customers hard earned money insurance money or not it was there’s not yours!!! I hope you can find it in you to make this right my parents are living off a fixed income and do not not have the money to fix something that was suppose to be fixed in the beginning I kindly thank you for your time the nevilles!!
