I called you for ac help because of a good experience with you for a plumbing issue in the past and because your website says you’d give an estimate before the work was done. “We offer a free estimate so you price your repair beforehand.” Instead, you showed up, did some work, and give a bill to my wife for $25 in parts plus $320 in labor. Thanks for the fast response, but I don’t appreciate that you didn’t give my wife an option for the work to be done. Feels like you took advantage of the opportunity while I was not able to be there.

This crew is top notch in service and in honesty. Not only do they do a great job, they do not take your money for granite. I tried tipping one of the guys and they refused politely. On time, responsive, honest. I’d recommend this team over any other.

I called and they came out very promptly. They said they’d give me a quote within a couple days and said they could start next week. I was remodeling my house and they never called back. I called for 3 weeks with no response. It caused all other contractors working to be very frustrated because they were then backed up. I would NOT recommend them at all!

We called and left a message in the morning to have a broken water heater replaced. They came over by mid afternoon to access the situation and were able to give an accurate and reasonable estimate. We had a new water heater installed and our old one taken out the next morning. Very professional, friendly, and we’ll be using again for other services. Thank you!
