I’ve owned a restaurant for 30 years in a building over 110 years. My floors were so ugly I could mop all night and still feel defeated. Wow! Not anymore I feel like a mew woman in a new kitchen. The transformation is amazing! I cannot boost more than I have. Thank you guys! Amazing gob. Lynn

Polite, timely, knowledgeable, capable, flexible – Josh and Hunter exceeded our expectations. What was a dark, dank basement is now resplendent with a shiny, polished concrete floor. We chose Grindkings after gathering quotes from several other local companies. What stood out in the quote review process was Josh’s knowledge and their remote control equipment. I’m so glad we chose them. Can’t recommend Grindkings highly enough.

Grindkings did an amazing job on my basement floors which were in horrible shape with a bad job done by the builder. I would never have thought that they could make them look so good after that horrible work. I am so pleased and the entire team was very professional. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this company without reservation for anyone looking to get a polished concrete floor. Josh and Hunter are very knowledgeable about their craft and diligent and meticulous in their work. They were also a pleasure to work with and were able to be flexible around several time and space constraints we imposed. I think the pictures speak for themselves, but let me note that we were thrilled with the results.

What a great experience. Let me explain why, and this is after getting 4 other quotes. 1) These guys actually ask the right questions, like how long do you plan to be in the space? Do you need a 4 year floor or a 15 year floor? They are looking to do what makes sense for your business not just charge you for things you’ll never need. 2) Clear pricing with sq ft quotes. No day rates, no eh it depends. 3) High end equipment, with professionals. These aren’t cleaning people running rentals from Home Depot. They have real gear and they work with precision. Your corners, edging, they don’t mess up your baseboards. 4) The quality of the work is outstanding. I never thought my old VCT covered, glue covered floors would look this good. See the pics for proof. Highly recommend the Grindkings team for your flooring needs, grind and seal, clean and seal, or even just ideas for your concrete.

I was extremely impressed with the Grindkings Flooring Co. They came in and treated our home with respect and professionalism. Each member of the crew worked so hard to give us a great end result. They have a great system and work so hard. I cannot say enough nice things about them. We LOVE the floors!!!

We hired Grindkings to install an epoxy flake floor in our garage. Our experience was wonderful- from the first point of contact, through the completion of the project- the Grindkings team was efficient, communicative, and reliable. Additionally, our project turned out fantastic. We love the look and are considering using Grindkings for other projects around our house. We could not recommend them more!

The supposed concrete staining company hardly stains and seals the concrete, as is described in their scope of work. More of a glaze that comes up if you sit in a chair on the floor, move any piece of furniture or if there is anything more than sock foot traffic. Anywhere there has been contact with the floor, the finish has flaked up, revealing the bare concrete underneath. It is clearly a very thin glaze over the concrete, rather than a stain. Even places we have only walked in shoes, the floor has been marked up. Brielle’s response was that we have clearly deeply gouged the concrete, busting into the concrete and through the seal/stain. If that had been the case, I would not be leaving a negative review. She indicated that if during construction you are hitting the floor and deeply gouging it, the concrete will be revealed. The thing is, we haven’t even started finishing out our basement. This is all from simple wear and tear from light (two people and two dogs live here and we rarely go through the basement because it is unfinished) foot traffic and moving of furniture. I can’t imagine what it is going to look like when we do start construction. I am trying to find another company to come and assess the state of things and maybe apply a protective sealer or start from square one and grind it up. We will see…but i would avoid using these guys. No offer to come look at the flaking floors, but just passed it off as our fault for damaging the floors. If you want to have feberge egg floors, use these guys.

Absolutely wonderful metallic epoxy flooring installation! Josh, Hunter and Brielle worked together like a well-oiled machine and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! We look forward to future Grindkings projects!
