The Renovation Princess 6 days agoPrincess, her team, and everyone she brought through our doors were wonderful, warm, and had such eye for detail. We remodeled our kitchen, half bath, laundry room, and some other touches on the main floor. We had planned the remodel (in our heads) for many years and she was able to take my scattered thoughts and scratch drawings and quickly bring to life what I’ve been picturing our house could become. Princess made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and was very patient with my indecisiveness. The finished product is so beautiful and we feel so lucky every day that our vision came to life with her help! Thank you, Princess and team, for all of your hard work and dedication!

Southland Custom Homes 9 months agoWe were very fortunate to have chosen Southland Custom Homes to build our new home in Ellijay Ga. Everyone that was associated with the process of building our new home went above and beyond our expectations to make things happen when we were requesting changes or had other ideas. During the process, everyone at Southland Custom Homes was always available to assist us with any questions that we had regarding the process. Everyone was patient and a delight to work with. Although we are not in our new home at the moment, we would like to express our appreciation for the attention to detail that everyone has put forth to complete construction within our timeframe. If we had to do it all over again, we would still choose Southland Custom Homes. We would like to extend our special thanks to Jodi, Brian, Wendy and Robert for simplifying the process of making our new home a reality! Southern Design & Remodeling a year agoI did a major renovation to my kitchen in 2021. They started strong and were very customer service friendly. Carolina was great to work with. There were a few hiccups but they got finished right before thanksgiving 2021. That’s when I made the mistake of making my final payment with just a couple of items remaining that I was assured would be done soon. There were some wall tiles and shelves to be installed. Then Carolina left and Britney was brought in. It has been over 18 months and they have yet to finish the shelves. I’m very patient and gave them multiple times to make this right. They never return calls and act as if I never gave them $125k to remodel the kitchen. After dozens of calls and texts unfortunately it looks like I’ll have to contact a lawyer. 90% went very well. NEVER give them the final payment until the job is done.

Remodeling the South a year agoMichelle and Victor were completely professional and caring from the beginning. Remarkably detailed estimate. Felt comfortable with all work crews who were in and around our home. Very responsive to questions and willing to teach us and search multiple solutions to meet our wishes. We LOVE our new screen porch and deck! Recommend highly.

Neat Home Services 2 years agoI used Neat Home Services after a delivery team caused damages to my home. After their work, it looks like the damages never happened! I would definitely use them again.
