When I booked my service, the person on the phone said they were running a special for $69 to show up and diagnose, and then I’d get $50 off the quoted repair cost. The repair guy told me the fix was $100 to replace one screw. I went ahead with the repair because I had already spent the $69 and didn’t want to have to deal with another house call. After the repair, the repairman told me he had never heard of the special or $50 off, and demanded the full $100. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it seems like there’s miscommunication going on between the guys who answer the phones and the repair guys. At worst, there’s a deceptive business practice going on. Either way, I got screwed out of $50. They were prompt and fixed my problem, so they get an extra star, but the whole thing seemed pretty messed up.

Called Ritz Garage Door Solutions for issues after a spring broke and a door was damaged. Responded quickly. Brought some minor damage on the replacement to my attention (not sure I would have noticed myself) and refused payment of the balance until they ordered and installed a replacement. Highly recommend it.

Ritz Garage Door Solutions did an excellent job with my garage door opener the storm messed it up, I called Ken in the morning by the afternoon everything was fix and back to normal. I will recommend his service to family, friends and neighbors.

Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable about the issue at hand when I called and sent two guys out who managed to salvage my door opposed to replacing, saving me a huge cost. Very good service, prompt and fair price. 5 star!, from initial temporary repair to installation of new garage door – all work carried out promptly and efficiently.

Great service! Eric the service man was at my home early but I was at work. He called and he agreed to come back later when I was home and he did . He fixed my garage door and provided me with tips on how to maintain it. Ritz Garage Door Solutions is great, 5 stars all the way.
