We had a pipe freeze and break and we didn’t realize it. After connecting the hose and turning on the water to fill our pool, our basement filled instead. The company was out in 12 hours. Ripped out carpeting sucked out all the water. Removed drywall, insulation, baseboard then sprayed so mold would grow. The gentlemen that were here working answered all our questions, were very helpful in walking us through what they were doing and why and they took TONS of pictures to document all the damage. I 100% recommend their services. They eleveated our stress and took care of everything! They also work directly with our insurance company so the only thing I need to worry about is my deductible.

Called for an estimate, a guy came out stated he’d get it done and someone would call back. About 8 months later I got a call asking if I was still interested, I stated I was, but was informed that the estimate had not been calculated and I’d get a callback. It’s been over a year and still nothing. Needless to say, I’m still looking for someone to do the job…

BE CAREFUL!!! Make sure you take the estimate before hiring them. I have used this company twice for basement flood removal. First time they charged reasonable. Second time they jacked up the price THREE times for the same area. They left several fans and dehumidifiers for days. They would come for about 10 minutes every day and say its still wet so they could add to their bill. They will charge you extra if you ask them to discard any damaged items. I thought it was part of clean up. The franchise owner/manager wouldn’t even come on the phone to listen to your concerns. Also, each local servpro is independently owned so you cannot complain to the main office. I feel like I got scammed 🙄. Since, I had deductible I ended up paying a lot of money out of my pocket.

These people come when they want to no call back leave the Dumpster in your driveway empty for weeks. No crew but to guy only did 2 hours of work. Then don’t want to do the job as far as taking because they feel like it to much stuff. Will not recommend they to anyone.

Called for a 9am appointment. On the day I was supposed to be seen (just for a simple inspection, just before 9, I was told they would be late. I waited for another call all the way until 1:50pm. Called back to reschedule, and they barely tried to accommodate me by giving me a time asap. I just told them forget it and hung up.
