Alluring Painting & Renovations LLC. 3 years agoDishonest. Save your money. Unprofessional. Took money and ran. This guy (Craig) owns the company. He reneged on the contract, took the money and ran and ghosted my 83 year-old father who had to find another person to finish the work. He installed a fence gate wrong twice and the gate latch still doesn’t work. The posts of the fence he installed were cracked. All he did was complain about everything including his life. Very unprofessional. Took him months just to start the job even though he admitted and complained he had no work. Now I see why that is. He said he would finish the jobs stated in the contract and never came. He kept texting saying what day he would arrive and never showed up. This was back in the summer. It’s mid-November and still no sign of him. Never finished the work stated on the contract. Took the money from an old man and ran off! **He claims he upgraded the wood when the wood was the agreed wood. He didn’t upgrade anything. He wasn’t good at quoting his own jobs. In the contract, the other jobs are listed that he failed to complete. I had another company ready to do the job, but Craig stated if we gave him the job, he’ll add the other jobs in, which he did in writing on the contract. We still have a copy of the contract completed in his handwriting with the other jobs listed and not completed. Again, the wood he contained were splintered posts and he USED my old posts too!! Never changed them. The gate still doesn’t work. The additional work was handwritten on the contract. If there was no agreed upon jobs, then why was he ghosting my father saying he will show up on Sunday and then continued to ghost for another time. There are texts and video cams. Don’t let him con you.**

Mjs Lawn Maintenance & Snow Removal 2 years agoListening to the crew scream at each in the street in front of my house was a treat. Coming outside to inspect their work after their 2nd visit and finding that they ran over edging and tore it to shreds and destroyed many things in my lawn but completely missed other areas was really shocking. When I called to talk to the owner he screamed at me and hung up on me. What a strange way to do business. Judging by all these one star reviews, I guess this is just how they operate.

Lawn Doctor of West Lake County a day agoWe had our lawn fertilized about a month or so ago I’m not precise on the date. And then again a couple days ago and each time the lawn was fertilized it was done by Chris.I just wanted to say he did a AWESOME job. And we are really glad to have him. He makes sure everything is done even the back lawn which is kind of a big deal for us.Even in the heat he stayed true to his job and didn’t miss a beat. He goes above and beyond and making sure to blow off the sidewalks.We appreciate it.
