I’m here to say that Quality Fence came out today and helped us with our gate issue. After a miscommunication that we straightened out and a missed email I can now say they did a Fantastic job in helping us. Another company gave us a bid that would’ve been $600+ to fix the issue but Jake came out and he fixed our gate for us by tightening something that just needed tightened vs it being a larger job. Thank you Jake for stopping over to help us and in my opinion Quality Fence did a great job!

Just a brief note to let you know that Jorge and his team that set the posts for our fence yesterday were GREAT. They were professional, cleaned up all the loose dirt and even assisted me in cutting a large branch off a tree that was in the way. Prior to leaving, they double-checked all posts to ensure they were still positioned correctly. We look forward to having them back to complete the job.

Quality Fence installed our fence 25 years ago. It was time to update and expand the footprint and I called on Quality again. I loved the product and service for 25 years and I received that same wonderful service and outcome of another beautiful fence now. This project was done during winter and we had some severe weather to work around. With weather delays I felt the project still completed within a reasonable amount of time. Kristen kept me updated, Robert took time to map out the project and walked it out with me. My installation team were incredible. Quality did it – again! Thank you!

December 12th 2022 I had a 1200 appointment. They texted me and emailed me 5 times that day asking me to be on time. The sales man called me 10 minutes before are appointment to ask if I would be on time and I was on time . I told him what I wanted and the date we would cloes on the home.They never got the bid done. On January 9th I just gave up after I went into the office and they said it was my fault for trying to hire them. They felt I should have gotten a better bid from another contracter. In response to there comment this is not how the conversation went. Yes it is and you are not telling the truth. I had many calls to your sales person asking him to get the bid done . First he was sick then he was on vacation then his plane was held up.

Worst job ever. Do not use this company, unless you enjoy a crooked fence that they can’t line up straight. Plus they billed me for a finished fence and all we had up at the time was the post. Then threatened with a lien on the house because the bill wasn’t payed. Check the BBB on this company before you use them.
