Wetzel Properties and Remodeling a year agoI’m normally not a fan of leaving negative reviews. But the communication abilities of this company are completely nonexistent. Initially we reached out to have them estimate some remodel work for us. After ghosting us for a number of days, they responded with an hour’s notice of them coming to check out our job. We had to scramble a bit to make sure we were around, but whatever. They came and checked out the work we were quoting. The guy who came was extremely friendly and willing to answer our questions. He explained that we’d get a written estimate in a few days. A week+ went by, and we never heard from them with a written quote. I reached back out to them again, asking about the written quote, and the request was never responded to. Crickets after the initial contact. I’m sure they probably do good work. And when they came for an estimate, they were very friendly. But the complete lack of communication outside of the visit, and the completely ghosting after the initial visit, leaves me unable to trust that they’d actually deliver on what was promised. Your mileage may very, but I wouldn’t trust these guys to deliver on their word, if you need something done in a relatively scheduled manner.

Titan Exteriors 2 weeks agoHad Titan out to replace a few windows, repair siding, and paint. Overall, this was about the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Jack was great to work with. He was honest, transparent, and communicative throughout the entire process. Titan will be my first (and probably only) call for any exterior work in the future.

JM Caulking & Construction Services LLC 5 months agoI called on Sunday for a free estimate on caulking our driveway and installing an expansion joint. By Thursday everything was done! The team was very professional and answered my questions. Would highly recommend this company Update: Since we had this company caulk our driveway we have had 3 separate instances where a home service person came out to our house and say something about how great our driveway caulking looked and asked us who did it! This place did a great job and other people really noticed.
