Jake advised me he was scheduled a year out as of Saturday February 3rd at 2pm. He has to being doing something right to be that busy. You have to give ANYONE 5 stars that is honest enough to turn down business from someone who owns a property management company. Honesty can not be overated!!!!!!!

We needed a new shadow box fence after a combination of old age and bad weather took out our old fence. We received a great quality fence that exceeded our expectations. Communication was quick and prompt throughout the process.

Jake and his crew are awesome guys. Integrity is a hard thing to find these days. They showed up when they said they would. Completed when they said they would. For the price they said they would. During our work we had done they actually took time out to help a dog that had escaped when the husband left the door open (we’re not all absent minded ladies.). They put the dog in the back yard. And asked to have some one shut the door out of respect. If they give that much attention to detail imagine what they can do for your project. Plan to use them on further projects even if it costs more… Just don’t tell Jake! :).

Jake and his team did a wonderful job on my fence. They kept me in the loop as to the progess they were making and answered all my questions without hesitation. He has a very professional crew who truly take pride in their work. They were even amazingly patient with my son who was very interested in what they were doing. I will not hesitate to refer anyone who is looking for a quality built fence.

Jake and his crew performed a flooring remodel at my place of business. It was performed under a very strict time frame that could not be deviated from due to safety concerns. He and his team showed up well before the dictated start time to ensure there were no questions about the scope of work and completed the job and the often over looked clean up portion of the job before the end of the time frame

Jacob, Pro Ohio came highly recommended by Menards. I needed a remodel of my kitchen which included demolition. The results were amazing and unbelievable. Jacob had a team of three, very respectful, answered all my questions, pick up my cabinets, worked long hours to get the work done, cleaned up each day, keep me informed step by step. Pro Construction flipped a 25 year old kitchen to a beautiful, modern, gray and white kitchen. Special request to achieve my look, Jacob was able to complete without any issues. He installed a dishwasher, hung my microwave over over my stove and installed a beautiful, unique sink just to name a few. I plan on Jacob remodeling my bathroom next. Great guy and completed the work in 5 days.

Not sure where to begin there were so many problems with this kitchen remodel. Jake gave me a cabinet diagram to give to Menards when I ordered the cabinets however he did not review the completed cabinet diagram done by Menards nor did he review the first countertop template, both orders had mistakes which set this job back 4-6 weeks. He didn’t tighten the water shut off when he left one evening, water leaked all night. Then he didn’t seal the sink properly, more water leakage which resulted in him needing to replace half the tile in our kitchen. The dishwasher was not mounted flush with the countertop we had to move it back and mount it properly ourselves. The tile backsplash looked like a child did it, we had to call him back to correct the mistakes. He promised to fill a hole in the wall above the cabinets and did not. Even though I gave him the shop vac to vacuum up the dust from his tile saw he never used it. Pictures: dishwasher tile in front not finished, 2×4 under cabinet never cut as promised, tile around outlet before he returned to correct it, dirty floor left with tile dust everywhere.

Jake actually answered when I emailed him, came to talk to us to find out what we wanted, and listened to what we said. He gave us a quote on Tuesday for a roof on our porch and had it done by Wednesday afternoon. Did great work at a reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, or to use them again.

I had a deck repaired for my mother, the guys did a wonderful job. Jake was very professional, was able to meet up, give me a quote and also explain everything that would be done. Everything was done that was stated and in a quick time. I will Definitely use this company again.
